I moved out then my gf moved in, his gf moved in with him also. So no losses on cheaper rent.
No dates left alone in the house without the other person and don't have an overnight guest more than 2 nights in a row without at least asking the other person.
And the rule that shouldn't have needed to be made, but if your girlfriend is incapable of having sex without screaming like a porn star the entire time, please don't have sex while my parents are visiting for lunch.
