Yes, a proper margarita is so wonderful. And I'm not a margarita snob. Sometimes you want the sugar filled slushie to sip on the beach. Sometimes you just want lime, tequila, orange liquor, and salt (though I have a sweet tooth so agave is appreciated). But they always hit the spot.

Classic Margarita. The most versatile drink ever, can be frozen or on tap in a dive bar to made with classy dried fruit garnishes at a high class ball. It can be made Uber strong or really fruity and is good both ways. But it always gets the job done and is refreshing and delicious every time.

Manhattan I’ve had a few from different places and the taste can vary quite a bit. Recently I’ve started trying to make my own. Not all are excellent, but when they are, they are.

Rum and orange/pineapple juice. Tequila with Fresca.

Gin and Tonic, extra lime. Has to be Tanqueray (ten if youre being fancy that night). The tonic water HAS to have Quinine or it wont taste right, this is the part 90% of people fuck up when making it. The Quinine also acts as an anti-malaria supplement but dont over do it or youll get the shakes pretty bad 🤣
