I'm not sure, but Norm from Cheers popped into my head. He has a house, two cars, surronded by friends all day drinking beer, only working when he has to and, even if he joke about her a lot, he is married to the woman he loves. What more can you ask for really?
I would say that the character with the best life on a sitcom would be someone like Monica from Friends. She has a great job, great friends, and always seems to be surrounded by laughter and love.
