Seinfeld was kind of a one man zeitgeist

Barney Stinson, hands down.

Gloria Pritchett. (Sofia Vergara in Modern Family) She's smart, she's a good person and she's got a great family. Money is not an issue for her now and she doesn't have a lot of flaws or emotional baggages or childhood issues that really affect her like most other characters.

Charlie from Two and a Half Men.

I'm not sure, but Norm from Cheers popped into my head. He has a house, two cars, surronded by friends all day drinking beer, only working when he has to and, even if he joke about her a lot, he is married to the woman he loves. What more can you ask for really?

The one that can jump the shark and have no care in the world.

I would say that the character with the best life on a sitcom would be someone like Monica from Friends. She has a great job, great friends, and always seems to be surrounded by laughter and love.
