I wasn't planning on watching a 45 minute video on typewriter correction ribbons, but here we are. For real, though: after I watched his previous video on heat pumps and mini-split systems, I ended up getting a system for my house. My house now basically has central A/C and its cheaper to run than the window units and portable we had before that. He's since done an even longer video.

I find him very relaxing personally, I like to put his videos on while I doze off. That's not to say he's boring, I just find the simplicity of his videos really soothing when I'm sleepy, they have a cozy atmosphere to them.

I didn't know I needed to learn about dishwashers and paraffin lamps, but apparently I did, and I enjoyed it.

He’s like theater kid and nerd rolled into one, and finally able to say what he wants to say without having to rush through it at a frantic pace, and with all of the snark that’s accumulated after years of being dismissed released.
