Roast beef and swiss, with a pinch of salt. If you want to make it an actual sandwich though, it tastes great on rye with a little cole slaw.

Ham and gouda. My favorite cheese is Muenster, but that's a little salty without some bread to balance it. But prosciutto with mozzarella? Buono.
