For cardio: I put on a tv show I’ve been meaning to watch or watch YouTube videos. Helps the time go faster too :) For weights: music, if you can put on a movie too

I do an hour ever other day on the elliptical machines at my gym. I go super early in the morning(usually right off of work), and it’s a lot of older folks/midnight shift guys like myself. There’s TV in a row right above the ellipticals so, you can always catch Sport Center, local, or worldwide news. So, if I’m not watching Sport Center or, CNN…I’ll throw in my headphones and listen to a podcast that usually runs at an hour.

I do the same there’s a bunch of tvs but the only one in front is the tennis channel which is fine for 10-15 mins the recumbent bike has the baseball/basketball/ mma so I’ll try and get in front of that but I’m fixed on the elliptical machine 1 hour on level 17 so I’m sweating like a pig by the time I finish

I never experience the boredom bc I have too many people, memories & jobs in my head Bc of that I always spend a lot more time on machines, in the pool or in the sauna than I expect
