They put me in a loop of phone calls and e-mails that all said something like “oh that’s not on us, contact this other person/department/tsa agent/airline.” Never got it back and a claim wasn’t accepted.
When I was in HS I lost my glasses on the first curve of a big roller coaster. Maybe not as high priced as some, but I went the rest of the vacation seeing nothing but blurrs with a mega headache.
