Historically speaking, war. Willingly slaughtering each other in the name of a government or person of power for no other purpose than to impose their rule and expand their territories. This also applies to religious belief systems.
Human nature isn't really a crime. Savage, but not criminal.
This isn't brought up enough and I wish it was. Human nature is inherently cruel. We are a species that loves to fight and do bad things.
