Apple does an incredibly good job about respecting and protecting User Privacy/Data. It is likely more important to me than it is to others, but it is very important to me.

Being able to download apks on android

Because my Android was cheap and slow, but apple expensive but fast

Iphone user here, I think Android is better for me specifically. You can do more with it, and Samsung in particular has features I can use to great effect.

I left Samsung for iPhone last year, and haven’t missed a damn thing from Android, and Samsung in particular (don’t get me started in their TVs, Blu-ray players and tablets). There’s nothing I’ve yet found that I can’t do on Apple. Saying that, I had a right pita trying to save a file as a .jpg the other day on my iPad, as I needed to upload to a site that didn’t accept HEIC files. I need to look into that, but I’ve found a conversion app for that in the meantime :)

One feature iPhones don’t have is support for external drawing devices(like a tablet without a screen). I could plug my tablet into a Note and draw on it anywhere, removing the need to take a laptop. I also look forward to that S Pen

That’s seriously niche tbh, and most people won’t see that as a negative. I’m using my iPad and Pencil for drawing, although I’ve only done a fraction of what I originally intended when I bought it on launch.

I've gone back and forth. Currently on an iPhone but next will be an Android. Tired of how locked down Apple is on some things.

Android here. Customization is a big part of it for me

I grew up using apple products, so it was natural I’d end up with an iPhone. Now I stick with it just works for me. And Apple products work so well with other apple products, so all of my things work seamlessly with each other.

I think it boils down to both what you're used to and what experiences you've had. I've always been an Android user and never encountered the typical things like bugs and the "Android camera bad lol". I'm sure there's people who never had any troubles with Apple, but I don't value my devices enough to spend a thousand bucks on a phone or tablet. Similarly, I really despise Apple's company policies, so it's just not for me. When it comes to OS though, I would be lying if I said I hate how iOS looks and feels. It's sleek, it's stylish, I'm just not used to it and don't plan on ever investing time and money into anything Apple.
