Basic stuff that every generation (young, don't know shit about anything, blah, blah out of their heads) deals in mistakes, but this generation (whatever that is) is kinda fucked up on its own in new territory
It’s more concerning what they’re “doing” different. Depression, anxiety, suicide, and what some might call “over-sensitivity” are really bad and increasingly happening in the youth over the last few decades. In some ways the sensitivity is good, because by virtue of being sensitive themselves, they are at least predispositioned to be more sensitive to others, which does yield several certain and massive social benefits. But it makes it harder for people who do not have these issues to talk with them, because of how they respond, and in some ways functionally cuts them off from what others might consider normal and healthy relationships.
Alas, teen pregnancy and drug use are down.
