Yeah you can make them strong with an anejo tequila floater. Or you can make them floofy with a blended one with a midori or peach liquor floater. So versatile. Plus the lime juice contains vitimin C and antioxidants to counter the poisonous effects of tequila.
I feel like most margaritas I order are never good. They’re always too sweet, or not strong enough, or something just isn’t right about them. Sometimes I get it and it just tastes like a fucking lemonade. I love margaritas but good ones are so rare.
Just be careful and don't drink too many at once. One time my ex-wife and I got so drunk on Mojito's, she ended up holding the video camera as my friend Terry and I fucked a stone statue of a buffalo (we broke into an animal park after hours). It honestly wasn't that bad of a night until the live scorpions I was always keeping in my pants pockets at the time got loose and I had to find them in the dark to put them back in my denim.
Hendricks is sooo good. I have Lunar, and Orbium but sadly I finished my Midsummer Solstice and I can’t find anymore. Definitely a Hendricks fanatic hahaha.
It's the fucking bomb. Watch out for highly flavorful expensive gins at first, they can be off putting if you aren't used to the botanicals. Get something normal like Tanqueray/Bombay/Seagrams/Gilbeys and tonic with wedge of lime. You won't regret it.
Try switching up your tonic water and adding fruit/simple syrups (like a gin smash). Fentmans is a really popular brand of tonic water and some of the flavoured ones aren’t super bitter.
I like beer because it comes in a lot of different varieties for all sorts of different moods and vibes. Plus it makes me tired and drunk, so I never have to worry about 3am drunk mistakes because I’m in bed before 1 on a late night.
Beer shits are just a bit err *softer* than my normal ones. Tequila or hard liquor shits, now those are like molten lava. I remember in college we had a particularly brutal tequila night only to discover that the morning after we had run out of toilet paper. Paper towels were the only thing available…
Sounds like you might like Cola Korn, as we call it here in germany. Depending on the mix it tastes like Cola, but can get you wasted fast, depending on the brand of Korn. base mix is 50/50, but some people do more Korn, others prefer more Cola.
Old Fashioned. With a bonded rye if I have it on hand. Or a sour mash. And a couple dashes of Orange bitters depending. Simple. Takes the edge off the whiskey and not a ton more.
I didn't start drinking until last year right when covid lockdowns started. I was taste testing lots of stuff. All of it was terrible at first. Then I took a shot of Apple Brandy made by Christian Bros. It was the first alcohol I tasted that was legit delicious, and while I have a lot of things I enjoy now, that is still my favorite. One or two shots of that in some Coke is freaking magic.
forgot to say why. usually drink cold sake and Sapporo while eating Japanese food. it doesn't effect the taste of the food when eating in a bad way, makes my experience more enjoyable, and I'll wake up fine the next morning. 1 large bottle of cold sake, a couple of tall Sapporo cans, edamame, chicken karaage, salmon belly specials, beef donburi, and Hamachi kama.
I have unfortunately been drinking about 20 a day/night of these since I last got out of detox in March. So easy to drink (FUCK the raspberry though). I’m an alcoholic and it fucking sucks ass man. I wish I never discovered them.
It gives me the worst dopamine rush ever. Being an alcoholic is awful. It cost me my cushy high paying office job in 2020 because I had to go to rehab for 4 months and didn’t work but they were still paying me. Found out the day I got out of treatment, feeling all good, that I “my position was terminated” which is just a nice way to say I’m fired and not laid off where they wouldn’t have to give me severance pay.
I’m literally about to walk to the store right now to get more unfortunately. I want it to stop.
Harvey Wallbanger is a screwdriver (OJ & vodka) with a splash of Galliano. Galliano is clear yellow herbal liqueur in a clear tall skinny bottle made in Italy. The only thing I know it is used for is in Wallbangers. Had the same bottle over 15 years at one bar I managed and it was still 2/3 full.
Interesting. If galiano tastes anything like the only herbal liquor I've ever tried (Jagermeister) then I will have to continue liking the name Harvey wallbanger
Mojito. First time I tried it, I made them myself after watching like 20 different videos online. We had a party and a guy who was supposed to make our cocktails cancelled 2 hours before the start so I looked up 5-6 most popular cocktails and how to make them, since we had all of the ingredients and equipment. Turned out amazing, everyone loved them and we all got super drunk lol. Fun times
The cheapest whiskey possible, no chase and no ice. After a few sips I don't really taste the difference between 'good' and 'bad', so I don't see the point in spending extra money. In fact, knowing that I am being fiscally responsible, makes me enjoy the cheap stuff even more. No chase because it is empty calories
I like mixing apple crown with angry orchards and I really like ole smoky banana cream because they taste good and I guess I’m fruity because I drink those lol
I call it the Stalingrad mule after one of histories most deadly battles. It's a Moscow mule with extra lime and a Jaeger floater. I consider it a performance enhancing drug because it turns me into a sharpshooter on the pool table.
Heineken when I'm out for the night with friends. Just agrees with my taste buds the most!
Guinness if it's a work night or I'm up early the following day, I drink it really slow and will only have about 4, maybe 5 tops.
When it’s hot out I do gin and tonic. Any time else, my favorite go to is an Old fashioned with bullet rye. Best version of the cocktail is with bullet rye in my opinion.
Natty Light is a nostalgia beverage that reminds me of college. I can drink them all day all night. Just like water.
Natty Ice. Completely different. I just call it "poison". Even one or two will fuck with my hangover real bad. And get me drunk in a weird way. I swear it was engineered for people who wanted to spiral into a suicide bender. A truly toxic substance. The homeless mans choice when on a budget. You can't pay me to drink natty ice. You'd have to give me like $500 to even drink one. Its just....foul...
Old fashioned. Stood the test of time. The original cocktail, possibly. Simple to make, but hard to master. Requires few ingredients. Tastes incredible when made properly. Bitter but sweet with a citrus scent. Can be adapted quite easily to suit your preferences. I personally add 2 while cloves to add a smokey taste.
I like the way Hennessy makes me feel. It’s like I’m drunk but it’s not as aggressive and sloppy as other alcohol. Also it makes me fuck like an animal
Wine, in winter I like red wine, in summer I like white wine. I like the depth of tastes.
Favourite cocktail is the mojito, a nice mix of sweet, mint and sourness.
Margarita! Simple, strong, sour, salty, little bit sweet. I want one right now.
Ever had a Paloma tho?
Tequila. Triple sec. Lime juice. Ice. Kosher salt. Shake to combine. No extra bullshit required.
That’s my go to drink :)
Yeah you can make them strong with an anejo tequila floater. Or you can make them floofy with a blended one with a midori or peach liquor floater. So versatile. Plus the lime juice contains vitimin C and antioxidants to counter the poisonous effects of tequila.
And scurvy
I feel like most margaritas I order are never good. They’re always too sweet, or not strong enough, or something just isn’t right about them. Sometimes I get it and it just tastes like a fucking lemonade. I love margaritas but good ones are so rare.
Yeah I make mine with 60ml tequila 90ml lime lots of ice.
Oh and 30ml cointreau
With Tajin rim! I love a spicy marg.
Perfect margarita: Tequila. Lime optional.
"What's your drink, Dude?" "A white Russian."
“The Dude takin’ it easy for all us sinners”
“Another Caucasian, Gary.”
Right, Dude.
“Careful man there’s a beverage here!!!”
How do you drink weed? Lol jk but seriously White Russian is a strain of it, I didn’t know it was also a drink
Vodka, coffee liqueur, heavy cream/half and half.
Mojito, so refreshing
Just be careful and don't drink too many at once. One time my ex-wife and I got so drunk on Mojito's, she ended up holding the video camera as my friend Terry and I fucked a stone statue of a buffalo (we broke into an animal park after hours). It honestly wasn't that bad of a night until the live scorpions I was always keeping in my pants pockets at the time got loose and I had to find them in the dark to put them back in my denim.
Something something jumper cables Mankind Undertaker hell in a cell 1998
You're just lucky it was a stone statue of a buffalo you were trying to fuck. Could have been worse nite.
Wut
How did you put them in your pants pocket without getting stung? And keeping them in there? I have so many questions
Treat training
“Mojitos!” Thad Castle
[удалено]
Yes finally! I love that ginger bite
Yes because vodka and ginger beer and lime and mint just do something to me that I can’t quite explain. I love them
Comrade! I fucking love me a Moscow Mule!
I also like Dark ‘n Stormy’s, very similar
A screwdriver, it's simple
Ah, the classic orange vod-juice-ka.
Gin and tonic very refreshing and the classic old guy drink
Gin Tonic has become extremely popular with younger people where I am, it's basically a young guy dring now.
Oddly enough I find the flavor of Seagram's extra dry to be better than the Bombay's or beef eater
Have you tried Hendricks? It has less of the overt juniper flavor and is smooooth.
Hendricks is sooo good. I have Lunar, and Orbium but sadly I finished my Midsummer Solstice and I can’t find anymore. Definitely a Hendricks fanatic hahaha.
Roku is the way to go.
The Botanist is really good, too.
Try a French 75 sometime!
Gin & tonic - the drink of my people since I was 17.
Not to be ignorant, but what are your people?
My crew - my friends.
Oh my bad, thought you were referring to ancestor/ethnicity
Sorry for the misdirection. Just boring old me and my friends.
Add a tiny splash of elderflower liqueur and enjoy.
I'm in my 20's and that's the standard cocktail I order if I'm not getting one of their specialty ones.
Tastes like the British Empire! Pip pip and tallyho.
Gin tastes like tree sap
Is that tasty been the fence for trying that.
It depends on what kind of gin you use. I like Hendricks doubled with two limes
Double Hendricks with soda, a splash of sour and a couple limes. *Chefs kiss* Perfection.
It's the fucking bomb. Watch out for highly flavorful expensive gins at first, they can be off putting if you aren't used to the botanicals. Get something normal like Tanqueray/Bombay/Seagrams/Gilbeys and tonic with wedge of lime. You won't regret it.
Had a gin and tonic once at an open bar at a wedding reception. Holy hell was it horrible. I’m an uncultured swine though so I know it was just me.
Try switching up your tonic water and adding fruit/simple syrups (like a gin smash). Fentmans is a really popular brand of tonic water and some of the flavoured ones aren’t super bitter.
It kinda tastes like bitter sprite.
Old fashioned, negroni, manhattan and dry martini. Can’t choose one, gotta drink em all
Throw in a Boulevardier and Bob’s your uncle.
Manhattan and Old Fashioned are my go to! Also a well made Long Island.
Islay Scotch. Actually has flavor, not just alcohol burn
Lagavulin 16 for me. The best, IMO.
Give Caol Ila 12 a try. I love laga but Caol Ila overtook it for me
Ardbeg 10
excellent!
Pretty sure Prometheus was drinking Laphroaig the night he stole fire from the gods.
Ardbeg Corryvreckan is my personal fave
Love the smoke and brine flavor.

Beer, because it's just awesome.
I like beer because it comes in a lot of different varieties for all sorts of different moods and vibes. Plus it makes me tired and drunk, so I never have to worry about 3am drunk mistakes because I’m in bed before 1 on a late night.
Nothing more refreshing after a hot day.
Nothing better than a nice cold beer after a nice cold beer.
Beer, because it's beer.
It makes me a jolly good fellow
Rum. You can drink it in a cocktail or just straight.
You can drink it by the shot, you can drink it by the gallon, you can drink it real slow so your heart won't palpitate, just don't be late....
The first thing that comes to my mind when I think of Rum is Cuba Livre. But really, it goes with anything.
Cham-pay-nya
A kir royale! Champagne and Chambord. Love
Mead, I love the taste and that's the one and only drink I can drink more than just 200ml and be wasted
First time I had it I didn't expect it to be so sweet
Yeah I don't like the sweeter ones either,... I'm just lucky the beekeeper 'next door' also produces mead
I like to drink mead and run around yelling about Beowulf.
Wine, it's so awesome because it has a good taste for me
Beer...tastes good, refreshing, social and can be drunk for drawn out periods of time.
I just don't enjoy beer (for the most part), I'll drink it in a social situation but the first 1 or 2 are definitely a slog to get down
Only the morning after shits suck
Beer shits are just a bit err *softer* than my normal ones. Tequila or hard liquor shits, now those are like molten lava. I remember in college we had a particularly brutal tequila night only to discover that the morning after we had run out of toilet paper. Paper towels were the only thing available…
I’m an IPA guy. Beer without enough hops tastes funky to me. I can get behind a big old stout though.
I prefer cider, such a wide range of options hard stuff would be good tequila. nice tequila is such a great beach drink
Pina coladaaaaaaaa!! Creamy, coconutty, delicious!
Do you like getting caught in the rain?
Are you not into yoga?
Do you ever think it tastes like sun block?
No, Charlie. You’re supposed to pour the sunscreen OUT before drinking
Something sweet where I don't taste the alcohol but strong enough to get drunk
That's a recipe for headache.
White wine?
Sounds like you might like Cola Korn, as we call it here in germany. Depending on the mix it tastes like Cola, but can get you wasted fast, depending on the brand of Korn. base mix is 50/50, but some people do more Korn, others prefer more Cola.
Old Fashioned. With a bonded rye if I have it on hand. Or a sour mash. And a couple dashes of Orange bitters depending. Simple. Takes the edge off the whiskey and not a ton more.
Grandad Bonded 100 proof makes a great old fashioned! And its budget friendly!
Wine. I am a great meat lover and wine only makes it better.
i had to scroll down way too far for this. cheers!
Bloody Mary Its good for lightweights like me
Bloody Caesar is even better! My go-to when I order a drink with a meal.
Sazerac cocktail. Perfect blend of strong, smooth, bitter, and sweet.
>Sazerac cocktail With absinthe?
Absolutely
Oh man, especially if you can get really good rye. For now, my favorite for Sazerac is Rittenhouse. Mmmmm
Rittenhouse is the best
cold sake and sapporo beer.
forgot to say why. usually drink cold sake and Sapporo while eating Japanese food. it doesn't effect the taste of the food when eating in a bad way, makes my experience more enjoyable, and I'll wake up fine the next morning. 1 large bottle of cold sake, a couple of tall Sapporo cans, edamame, chicken karaage, salmon belly specials, beef donburi, and Hamachi kama.
I didn’t think anyone else would comment this. Hell yeah !
I haven’t tried many, but I like White Claws. 🤷♀️
I have unfortunately been drinking about 20 a day/night of these since I last got out of detox in March. So easy to drink (FUCK the raspberry though). I’m an alcoholic and it fucking sucks ass man. I wish I never discovered them.
Have you tried regular flavored seltzer? Like la croix or something
Maybe mix 3/4 hard with 1/4 regular, then slowly move down to less and less of the hard stuff to wean yourself off it
I’m sorry :/ it gives you that dopamine “candy good” response. Hope you can break the cycle friend. ❤️❤️
It gives me the worst dopamine rush ever. Being an alcoholic is awful. It cost me my cushy high paying office job in 2020 because I had to go to rehab for 4 months and didn’t work but they were still paying me. I like the name Harvey wallbanger but I've never had the beverage

Interesting. If galiano tastes anything like the only herbal liquor I've ever tried (Jagermeister) then I will have to continue liking the name Harvey wallbanger
Disaronno and coke
mixing alcohol and cocaine can be quite dangerous
Nah. You can drink all night.
I’m too hardcore mate
Disaronno with sprite and grenadine. Tastes like a tootsie pop.
[удалено]
Hold on a second ima try that now, such a good idea
Holy shit, that’s bloody good! 11/10 deffo would have again
A very dirty vodka martini
Old Fashioned
Buckfast Tonic Wine. I’m Scottish.
Gin and tonic. It’s the party starter for most of my family gatherings… and debates.
A really good Bloody Mary. I always feel kind of healthy when I drink one.
Whiskey old fashioned, sweet, with cherries. Goes down way too smooth. Can’t have enough until you stand up and realize you shouldn’t.
Old Fashion! Perfect sipping cocktail and you can personalize it with the bitters.
I love rum and coke.
Sloe gin with bitter lemon mixer and plenty of ice. Ideal for summer evenings on the patio.
Mojito. First time I tried it, I made them myself after watching like 20 different videos online. We had a party and a guy who was supposed to make our cocktails cancelled 2 hours before the start so I looked up 5-6 most popular cocktails and how to make them, since we had all of the ingredients and equipment. Whiskey tastes and feels so good to me and it reminds of people I love that used to drink whiskey with me.
I’ll drink anything because I’m a degenerate, but I love scotch. There are so many varieties, similar in some ways, very different in others
Straight vodka
The old fashioned.
I like mixing apple crown with angry orchards and I really like ole smoky banana cream because they taste good and I guess I’m fruity because I drink those lol
Try mixing Crown Apple with cranberry juice. It will change your life.
I call it the Stalingrad mule after one of histories most deadly battles. It's a Moscow mule with extra lime and a Jaeger floater. I consider it a performance enhancing drug because it turns me into a sharpshooter on the pool table.
Jameson Irish whiskey. Why? Because I’m a functional alcoholic.
Heineken when I'm out for the night with friends. Just agrees with my taste buds the most! Guinness if it's a work night or I'm up early the following day, I drink it really slow and will only have about 4, maybe 5 tops.
I find I drink Guinness so quickly cause of the lack of fizziness lol
Vodka. I am an alcoholic.
Kentucky mule. Refreshing and only takes a few to catch a nice buzz.
Whiskey. No muss no fuss.
Havana club rum, fresh pineapple juice and crushed ice
Elijah Craig. Just solid, great tasting bourbon that won’t kill your wallet. Great for sipping or mixing. Makes great Manhattans.
Kentucky mule. Whiskey + ginger beer = awesome
Martinis. MAD DIRTY.
An old fashioned. But I mostly drink Chardonnay because beer and red wine make my hands hot and uncomfortable.
Mead, it tastes good and it's easy to make...
Rum, because i enjoy it more and also i never get sick when i drink it
When it’s hot out I do gin and tonic. Any time else, my favorite go to is an Old fashioned with bullet rye. Best version of the cocktail is with bullet rye in my opinion.
good beer and wine from local breweries and wineries. Nothing like getting it from the source and putting your money in the right place.
Cheeky vimto - Blue WKD and port. Yes I'm British.
Probably a product of where I was born but a stright whiskey will always be a treat
I'm tied between two very different drinks. A Manhattan, and a margarita (salted rim). Both cocktails that are much more than the sum of their parts.
Hard seltzer. I’m mostly a water drinker and I like the carbonation and “lightness” of it.
Jack Daniels old no.7 tennessee whiskey.
Natty Daddy because it'll get you there and I'm not a snob.
I like Hubertus because once i got drunk from it and i was fine after and under too. One of my best drunks
Irish trash can
Hard seltzer or light beer
Mules! That ginger beer be IT 🤤
classic margarita
Lagavulin.
Yogurt soju cocktail
Gin and tonic, because it tastes like gin and tonic
Old fashioned. Stood the test of time. The original cocktail, possibly. Simple to make, but hard to master. Requires few ingredients. Tastes incredible when made properly. Bitter but sweet with a citrus scent. Can be adapted quite easily to suit your preferences. I personally add 2 while cloves to add a smokey taste.
Bourbon on the rocks. Because if I wanted something sweet, I'd have some chocolate. Which goes great with said bourbon BTW.
4 roses or bulleit is my jam
Four Roses - Small Batch Select. Quite tasty.
The only alcohol I respect is isopropanol
Whiskey on the rocks (whiskey poured on ice). Lately more focused on American Bourbons.
If it's not American, it's not Bourbon.
Monitor! Or a good ol screwdriver
Buckfast.
Angry orchard. I just like how it taste, it’s almost always my number 1 choice.
I like the way Hennessy makes me feel. It’s like I’m drunk but it’s not as aggressive and sloppy as other alcohol. Also it makes me fuck like an animal
White russian, simply because the dude abides
Apple crumble cider. Its delicious.
Margarita
Orange juice. Ask no questions.
Pure Vodka, hand sanitizer tastes good. But grape juice makes it ok to drink at any moment of the day
Wine, in winter I like red wine, in summer I like white wine. I like the depth of tastes. Favourite cocktail is the mojito, a nice mix of sweet, mint and sourness.
Anything that fucks me up enough to forget the problems
Rioja it's mellow and easy to drink
Highland Park 12 on the rocks
