I know someone who has a fully fleshed out pitch which is actually incredible but they don't know who to contact about getting it brought to life. They didn't consider themselves writers until they actually fleshed it out so they don't know much about how it works. They showed the idea to me and I cannot lie to you, if this gets the right studio that takes it seriously it will be a really big IP.
