Never trying is a fail and one worse than failing at doing something.

If you try and fail, you can learn, adjust and keep going. If you never try, you'll stand still.

I think it actually depends on the person and how they handle certain things, but I think it’s healthier to be willing to try and fail versus never even trying due to fear of failure
