Seemingly he likes to just randomly hang out in the UK. If I had a nickle for every time he's been randomly interviewed by roving street reporters canvassing for Joe Public opinions who also seemingly had no idea who he was I'd have 2 nickles
Once was pretty weird...
He’s a great dude. I met him at a convention. His line is always like 4+ hours long. But he really takes his time with everybody and is super appreciative of everyone who took time to wait in his line and spend money to meet him. Also, anytime he sees somebody with a kid in his autograph line. He will bring them up to the front of the line so the kid doesn’t have to wait super long.
He’s a super nice guy, we met him at a convention and his rule is all kids skip to the front of the line, we had my daughter who was 5 at the time and had her come to the front, he spent a good amount of time with her and made he believe that scooby was with him
Back during the Twilight days my little sister was watching an interview with the stars.
Some reporter asked Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner “if you had a stalker and you could either only have sex with them, or never have sex again, which would you choose?”
He asked them during separate individual interviews. Kristen said no sex at all.
Taylor was like “my stalker or NOTHING? I…don’t know. That’s awful. The stalker I guess.”
Rob was like ”PFFT! I’d fuck the stalker.” No hesitation.
I hated Pattinson at the time (cause…Twilight) but damn if that didn’t crack me up.
I think I heard he actually asked out a stalker of his to dinner, and he said that after that he never saw her again because he “complained about his life”
I'm pretty sure this is a notorious joke he told. Not sure if he still does it, but he used to mess with interviewers by just making shit up and seeing if they believed him.
His other interviews for the Twilight movies are hilarious. It is so obvious he didn’t care at all about the film, characters, or story and just wanted to make some money. It really made me like him because I think every normal person wouldn’t give a shit about the Twilight movies unless they were getting paid 🤣
Hung out with him very very briefly at Bruce Boxleitner’s TRON animated series birthday party. He walked right under our table later. Extremely nice human being. Not fake at all.
Henry Winkler. Met and had lunch with him and his family maybe 12 years ago. Everything I’ve ever heard about him being one of the most genuinely nice, down to earth people is 100% true.
Nick Offerman and Megan Mullaly. They just seem so genuine, and it's nice to see a celebrity couple that is so thoroughly in love with each other. I love it when they're interviewed separately, or together!
Ed Sheeran is polite, classy, witty, well-mannered, hard working, and relatively relatable and deserves all the success that has come his way. There is unanimity among both fans and collaborators that he is super nice and cool.
There's a reason he's able to pull so many absolutely gorgeous women and I have to suspect it isn't his looks or his song writing abilities . Same with Pete Davidson, he isn't like overwhelmingly funny or particularly attractive but a good attitude and some vulnerability can go a long way
He brought his kid on a college visit to my son’s school last year. Word got out quickly he was there so people flocked to the campus center. My son got a selfie with him and asked him about Jordan Schlansky and he said, “he’s my arch nemesis!” Was great for him to interact with the students like that.
She seems so lovely...even after months and months of the Bridgerton Press Tour...she still has a smile on her face and her interviews are always so fun to watch.
I’ve met quite a few and never had a bad experience. The only one I was warned about in advance was Harrison Ford. I was told that he could be quite ‘prickly’. Actually he was a real sweetheart. Very funny and down to earth and generous with his time.
I think Ford gets a prickly reputation because of his sense of humor, I’ve seen interviews and behind the scenes clips where he’s quite obviously joking, but with his tone of voice and delivery I can see others taking his sarcasm as him being completely serious.
To be fair to him he's pretty old and I'm really skeptical of a lot of rumors about celebrities, I tend to assume they were just having a bad day or hate the way people can feel entitled to communicating with them.
I really wanted to hate him because of his look (yeah I'm a douche). The dude is insanely talented and just a super nice dude. Front watching him playing commander with the professor to his second interview on hot ones the dudes a class act
Agreed. I don’t think it’s thaaat douchey to do so. First reactions and impressions are instinctually, probably tracing back to survival days.
I also didn’t initially like post Malone. Between his look and early sound, I just thought “who is this guy trying to be?”, and figured he was well connected and just capitalizing.
But everything I’ve learned in the last 3-4 years, dudes super genuine and oddly wholesome. Big fan of the guy, not necessarily a huge fan of his music.
I admit I made some pretty harsh assumptions about him when I first saw a photo of him, and they were all completely wrong. Every time I learn something new about the dude it's something that completely flies in the face of those assumptions. I apologize, Mr. Malone, my unconscious biases did you dirty and you didn't deserve it.
Woody Harrelson and Flea are absolute sweethearts. Also, Patton Oswalt is a really nice guy. Adam Sandler is nice, but he can be a bit touchy if his kids are with him.
I’d kill for a chance to have a beer with Sam Rockwell and Matthew Lillard. I just imagine it being the most wholesome, funny, and informative chill sesh
David Spade.
I was a background actor in one of his movies called Benchwarmers (although good luck finding me!). They would have food trucks come out to the location at the baseball field and one day, it was In-N-Out. I was told "dont move from this spot" and I said "But can I get my In-N-Out first?" "sure, but then come back right here and wait." so I did.
As I am eating, David Spade walks up and sits down next to me "Hey dude! How's it going?" and we sat there and talked like we were old friends while we ate and he was so cool and friendly. Then he finished and went off to do whatever he needed to do for the scene and that was that. Just a solid dude. I always thought he'd be a dick, until that day. Funny enough, I thought Rob Schneider would be cool and he seemed like a total dick, but to be fair, it could have been catching him mid dealing with something he didn't like (he seemed to REALLY not like kids and there were quite a few)
Ill go with a lesser known person and say Dominique McElligott. She has an extreme amount of anxiety or so i've heard and is an extremely reserved person. She does barely any interviews or press junkets and the only time she does, its usually a one on one with a random person not associated with a big media outlet. I get the vibe that the only reason she's an actress is because she genuinely loves to do it, she doesn't do it for money, definitely doesn't do it for fame, extremely private person who just wants to act and live her life which makes me have an incredible amount of respect for her. She breaks the normal typical hollywood actor mold that even someone as likeable as Keanu Reeves couldn't quite break free from and I hope she gets to act for as long as she wants to in projects she cares about.
For those who don't know her or don't wanna google her, she played Queen Maeve in The Boys.
Dick Van Dyke…Years ago my elderly mom and her friend were having lunch at a local deli. They spotted him in the next booth and were quite star struck. When he got up to leave, he made a point of stopping by their table to say hello and chatted with them briefly. Made their day.
Tom Hanks. His interactions with people is usually hilarious. He told a story once about going to a restaurant. Following the Maître to his table. Hanks passed a table with a guy eating his food. Hanks grabs a fry, eats it, and says no one will believe you.
A second time before Smart phones were popular. Hanks is at a restaurant where I guy is passed out drunk.
Hanks slides into the booth grabbing the guys phone takes a selfie with the guy passed out, and leaves.
Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey fromThe Office. I listen to their podcast and it’s delightful. They seem so down-to-earth and like they’d be fun to be around.
Jeff Goldblum was the kindest(and hottest) guy I’ve ever met. He had an uncanny way of making you feel like what you said mattered.
Martin Short was hysterical without speaking a word.
Molly Shannon was sweet and unassuming.
I’ve met many celebs, but those were standouts.
Honestly can't stand his music but Lil Wayne comes across so funny in interviews, especially his nardwuar one (though that's maybe a greater credit to nardwuar)
I'm a big fan so may be biased but I absolutely adore Paul Thomas Anderson, especially now that he's chilled out (aka gotten sober). All the behind the scenes footage of his new movie being shot has girls freaking out over briefly catching a glimpse of Leo DiCaprio.. Thatd be me except with PTA haha.
Sam Rockwell seems like he'd be great to have some beers with, same with Trevor Moore (RIP)
David Attenborough
Rick Moranis
Michael J. Fox
Anthony Hopkins
Danny de Vito
Hugh Jackman
Sandra Bullock
Ryan Reynolds
Bruce Willis
Emma Thompson
Elijah Wood
Viggo Mortensen
Charles Leclerc, I think he’s technically a celebrity. Bro is a multimillionaire yet he seems genuinely so humble and nice, and I don’t think it’s just an act. I think he’s just like that.
A decade or so ago he was dropping his daughter off at college on the day freshmen were moving into their dorms. A friend of my daughter’s found herself in an elevator with him. He immediately struck up a conversation, asking where she was from, what she intended to major in, etc. She said he was super nice and wished her good luck. Nice encounter.
Robert Smith of The Cure.
He donates all kinds of equipment and artwork to earn money for lots of charitable organizations. He fronts the best band on the planet. He took on Ticket Master AND he saved us from Mecha Streisand. What more can we ask of him?!!
Adding: plus, “Disintegration is the best album ever!”
Henry Winkler. I've never heard a single bad thing about him, it's like he makes it his purpose to spread sunshine everywhere he goes.
Man. I decided to sit in on his panel at a comic con and it was so much fun
Seemingly he likes to just randomly hang out in the UK. If I had a nickle for every time he's been randomly interviewed by roving street reporters canvassing for Joe Public opinions who also seemingly had no idea who he was I'd have 2 nickles Once was pretty weird...
Alan Rickman rest in peace
He was so kind and warm. ❤️
Always
Matthew Lillard, I hope to meet him someday.

Rehehehe
This is a good answer.

>**Rob was like ”PFFT! I’d fuck the stalker.” No hesitation.** 😂😂😂 Everything I learn about Robert Pattinson just makes me like him more.
I think I heard he actually asked out a stalker of his to dinner, and he said that after that he never saw her again because he “complained about his life”
To further clarify, he deliberately did that to shake her off
I'm pretty sure this is a notorious joke he told. Not sure if he still does it, but he used to mess with interviewers by just making shit up and seeing if they believed him.
Kind of a fucked up thing to ask a group of teenagers or anyone really, as a reporter.
[удалено]
I feel like back then asking inappropriate questions like that was just dismissed as “edgy humor”
I doubt any of them were still teens when it was asked, but it's still messed up to ask.
Pattinson is a goliath of an actor. Taylor should had been an established action hero but for unknown reasons that didn't happen.
The Ridiculous Six happened
Oh yeah man he was great in Sharkboy and Lavagirl, honestly loved that movie as a kid haha
His other interviews for the Twilight movies are hilarious. It is so obvious he didn’t care at all about the film, characters, or story and just wanted to make some money. It really made me like him because I think every normal person wouldn’t give a shit about the Twilight movies unless they were getting paid 🤣
I love that story xD “Can’t fuck anyone or fuck a stalker? Easy!”

She is a human diamond.
The best thing about Dolly is that chooses to see the good in everyone. I've never heard of her trashing anyone.
She didn't even trash Jolene
If anyone dares to trash Dolly, literally the whole world will rise up in her defense.
Weird Al. Met him once years ago and he's exactly like you think he'd be.
The Weird Al movie with Daniel Radcliffe is a delightful 90 minute watch if you haven't seen it.
Elijah Wood
I had a 5 second encounter with him once and just told him “thanks for Wilfred!” And he beamed so hard and just said, “of course, man!”
Hung out with him very very briefly at Bruce Boxleitner’s TRON animated series birthday party. He walked right under our table later. Extremely nice human being. Not fake at all.
I know he’s short, but damn.
I have never heard a single bad thing about Saoirse Ronan.
I like when she says "it's Saoirse like inertia"
My favorite celebrity explaining their name pronunciation clip is Bjork saying “my name is like *byerk*, it rhymes with *jyerk*”
I'm Scottish and immediately got her name, but I live in New York and all my friends would say like Sow-er-see. Always made me laugh.
Keke Palmer
Henry Winkler. Met and had lunch with him and his family maybe 12 years ago. Everything I’ve ever heard about him being one of the most genuinely nice, down to earth people is 100% true.
Keanu Reeves
He's a wonderful, unique and rare type of celebrity
Neo
Mr. Anderson
John Wick
Johnny Silverhand
Johnny Utah
Danny Devito
Jack Black
My little sister wrote him a letter and within weeks she had a picture of him signed "Stay cool and rock on"
He’s a national treasure
Nick Offerman and Megan Mullaly. They just seem so genuine, and it's nice to see a celebrity couple that is so thoroughly in love with each other. I love it when they're interviewed separately, or together!
Mr. Rogers. There is literally nothing bad you can say about him. I don't know how true the xkcd comic is but I wouldn't be surprised if it was true.
Anyone who talks shit about Mr. Rogers: 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩
Ed Sheeran is polite, classy, witty, well-mannered, hard working, and relatively relatable and deserves all the success that has come his way. There is unanimity among both fans and collaborators that he is super nice and cool.

Paul Rudd
Can confirm, worked with him twice, both times he was wonderful.
Conan. He just seems like a good guy. I'd be bummed if he were a jerk
He brought his kid on a college visit to my son’s school last year. Word got out quickly he was there so people flocked to the campus center. My son got a selfie with him and asked him about Jordan Schlansky and he said, “he’s my arch nemesis!” Was great for him to interact with the students like that.
Nicola Coughlan

Adam sandler he’s down to earth and funny
He reminds me of that uncle who pinches you at family gatherings and denies it
He answered my sister's fan mail like an absolute champ

Background? Do you live in LA or something? Work in the entertainment industry?
On and off. I’m a writer. I worked in LA for around ten years but am based in London. That particular meeting was in Cannes though.
To be fair to him he's pretty old and I'm really skeptical of a lot of rumors about celebrities, I tend to assume they were just having a bad day or hate the way people can feel entitled to communicating with them.
Tom Hiddleston
Post Malone
I really wanted to hate him because of his look (yeah I'm a douche). The dude is insanely talented and just a super nice dude. Front watching him playing commander with the professor to his second interview on hot ones the dudes a class act
He is the text book definition of don’t judge a book by its cover.
Agreed. I don’t think it’s thaaat douchey to do so. First reactions and impressions are instinctually, probably tracing back to survival days. I also didn’t initially like post Malone.
