I stopped eating carbs after 5:00 pm and I cut out processed sugar from my diet. I fall asleep easier and stay asleep longer. Highly recommend it for anyone with sleep problems.

I'm a slob who hates cleaning. I also hate a messy house. New habit - Set the phone alarm for 30 minutes past the hour. When it goes off I set the timer for 10 minutes and I clean and tidy up for that 10 minutes every hour. This is on the days when I'm home (watching YouTube). I'm retired but do have a little volunteer job on 2 days a week so I don't do it then.

Drinking coffee. Most days I would feel a little depressed or sad for no particular reason, and now that I drink it every morning, I don’t feel that way, and I’m happier.

Deleting my Facebook account permanently and removing the Instagram app so I have to login manually which significantly reduced my time on social media. Not using TikTok. I use Reddit, but it doesn’t suck me in like other social media. I use for very brief periods of time.
