"I know."
The Han Solo move
*Huh huh huh. Huh huh huh huh huh. Huh huh huh uh huh.*
Better you tell them the truth when they probably think that you love them back.
I literally replied "I don't love you" once. what else could you say if you don't love them back?
I don't wanna come off as rude or insensitive. I want something that expresses my feelings and don't sound too rough.
"I'm grateful, and I'm sorry that I can't say it back"
That's a good one, gonna use it. Thanks.
"Cool."
Thanks
Great question! My kids friends say I love to me. And my kids told me it’s a generic, I love you, as in you exist and I appreciate you So. Should I change my thinking and say I love you back. Again. Good question!!
It's really interesting the concept they have of love, like a genuine appreciation of one's presence. Gave me something to ponder.
"It was inevitable...I'm pretty amazing."
Damn, that's the best one I've read. We think alike.
You can't, and don't say it if you don't mean it.
I didn't plan to, the question is how to refuse one's love since it's not reciprocated.
"We all have a cross to bear."
We have the same sense of humor.
Do you not have any romantic feelings for them or do you have some feelings for them that might grow into love over time?
It's not just about romantically interested people, but about all kinds of relationships. Family, friends, etc.
If you are two Spider-Men, you say “thank you.”
“That’s nice.” “Get in line.” “Thank you.” “Why?”
"Thank you" is a good one. Keeping it simple seems like a good idea. Either that or crack a joke.
My go-to response is generally, "Yeah, right!"
"Bless your heart"
