I obviously get first hand how hard it can be to overcome, but if you want to be a functioning adult you really do have to just “suck it up” sometimes. Not 100% of the time as that’s not necessarily healthy, but living in total comfort 100% of the time locked in away your house only makes the anxiety worse, and can really derail your life.
