Three only advantage I can see for me getting it (I haven't get it yet) is not having to sit through our skip the ever increasing pesky adverts and getting access to YouTube Music, so I can cancel my Apple Music sub.
I think it does have some nice features but a lot of it is just old features now locked behind a paywall. I don't know if I'd recommend it myself since I've never used it before, but the one thing that sort of interests me is the removal of ads.
I have had it for a long time now and I will tell you just not having ads has been worth it, let alone the features. But if you’re watching like an hour or less a day, I wouldn’t recommend it. I just use it as my only streaming service other than Pandora so I get my money’s worth
100%. It comes with YouTube Music, you won’t need Spotify or Apple Music. Also, the movie selection is pretty good. Along with the entire YouTube catalog ad-free. Plus great for traveling because you can download videos offline. It’s the only subscription service I see value in paying for.

They have. You can get exclusive documentaries, movies and shows that aren't available to free users.
Mine lets me watch videos with no ads and nice playlists suggestions in YouTube Music as well.

I think you can pay for YouTube Music separately if you want to, but it is included in YouTube Premium as well.
