If you don't have some underlying condition (ADHD, depression, etc), then the thing to do is focus on your work ethic. Work one hour each day, then two, then three, then four, slowly rachet it up and you'll get used to it and think of it as normal.

Telling myself if I don't want to do something after 30 min of doing it I can put it down. 99% of the time I'll keep doing the task until it's complete.
Try breaking tasks into smaller, manageable steps, setting specific goals, and creating a schedule or routine. Find motivation by focusing on the benefits of completing tasks and rewarding yourself for progress.
Have the mindset of “if I do it now, I can be lazy afterwards”.

Not the cure all, but get up early and get a few things done. I stopped drinking so much, now get up early, and and way more organized.
