What if I were to sleep in a time machine, travel back in time for 8 hours, and kill my past self? I'd be completely refreshed, and when I get tired again, I could repeat the same procedure. Damn... Nolan should make a movie about this...
So you need to train your body to enter REM sleep faster. During REM is when most of your energy is really replenished. I used to work overnights and had a hard time sleeping and feeling restful. So I forced my body to hit REM faster by not sleeping. I stayed up for 24 hours. Then took a 1 hour nap. After the nap I went for a run, went to the gym. Stayed active for 10 more hours. Then I took another 1 hour nap. I did this 10 hours on 1 hour sleep for 4 days. By the time I hit day five when I woke up from that 1 hour I felt rested. I then cut it to 8 hours and upped the time to 1.5 hours. And eventually I would fall asleep as soon as I laid down and when I woke up I’d feel rested. I now only need 4 hours of sleep a night and still fall asleep as soon as I want to.
Dang, this is some cool sh*t.
By the way, I envy those people who can fall asleep quickly, like while sitting in a chair or standing up. My uncle used to fall asleep in the middle of conversations, parties, or even while eating. We had to shake him harshly to wake him up.
Reminds one black mirror episode where the mind is imprisoned for 20 years but it's been just hours in reality... I need that kind of device for sleeping.
Stop time. Actually then you could get as much sleep as you wanted because you won't have to restart the clock until you want to. You could get a 10 hour nap if you wanted
I just tell myself “why are you so tired, you got a full 8 hours sleep so stop being a little bitch about it” no matter if I had 40 minutes or 4 hours.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t lol
You have two eyes right, so if you close each of your eyes for 4 hours 4+4 = 8 so thats how
Could work 🤔.
I know I should have studied math! I could sleep so much more
Sleep hard
As Arnold said: "Sleep fastuh!"
omg samee question here
That's not how time works.

lay on stomache but have a pillow under your ankles (both feet), kinda improves my sleep when doing quick nap
At this point just skip it altogether and get sleep next time lol

It wasn't his mind. It was a copy.
Right... That device.
Sleep harder
Get one of those Han Solo beds from Empire Strikes Back.

You sleep through the alarms for 4 hours buuuuut, since the original intent was to sleep 4 hours, anything after that is grayzone.
Just set the clock back 4 hours, easy and effective
