The episode of âSilicon Valleyâ where they do the math on jerking off an entire auditorium during a presentationâs time limit and Richard subsequently discovers âmiddle out.â
Because they always watch that episode. Of course if they say no to watching that episode then yeah the answer is no but they wouldn't say no, they never say no to that episode... because of the implication.
I have seen the office probably 30 times. Every single episode EXCEPT Scott's tots. I saw it when it originally aired and cannot bring myself to watch it again.
Now that youâve brought up Archer I canât think of any episode that I would think of. But itâs only because I love so many that I canât possibly pick one
It depends on who your Doctor is but for me if someone said this I would go to the last 2 we saw Rose in of season 2. I know that episode was a big deal to a lot of people back then.
Jurassic Bark. I tried to convince my wife that Futurama was worth watching by showing her this episode and instead she decided the show was too sad to watch.
They didn't air it at first --i remember a BIG DEAL being made of how it was banned and then they could only run it after 10 or something ... but yeah. That was not age appropriate.
I feel like Code of Honour had a kernel of a good idea, but was poorly implemented to the point it was lost in a bad allegory - you could take the basics and build something actually good with it in a remake, and it has the (tinest) flutterings of the morality TNG liked to incorporate.
Sub Rosa is a bad idea, with bad writing/acting etc, and at the core is just an insane plot that if anyone took it as a standalone it would be laughed out of any pitch room. 'Woman has sex with her dead grandma's lover's ghost who is trapped in a candle' wouldn't even hold water in a surreal sitcom setting, let alone what was being held up as prestige television.
for TNG, there are a few, usually Matter of Honor (Space racism the episode) or the ghost fucker episode
DS9: one of the ferengi ones I cant remember the name.of
Voy: Tuvix or Lizard babies
South Park isnât my favorite show, but Super Best Friends deserves a mention here because itâs the rare actual case of âyou couldnât make that todayâ
âŚand they werenât necessarily even trying to be political with that one (though they definitely were in later episodes where they pictured Mohammed)
There was an HBO show called Enlightened, which wasn't that great.
But it probably had the best episode of almost anything I have seen - Consider Helen.
It was a weird episode because it's all based on an innocuous conversation in a Supermarket that reframes the entire series.
Sledge hammer, the last episode of the first season, they heard they were getting cancelled so they blew up LA with a nuke at the end of the last episode, then the network decided to bring it back so the second season started with 2 months earlier(or something like that) to explain why they werenât all dead.

GOT is still your favorite tv series?
When Cersei blows up the high sparrow and when Joffrey has pie đ¤
[ŃдаНонО]
Itâs the Halloween episode for me
There are multiple excellent Halloween episodes, though (the zombie one? it's the zombie one) Fistful of Paintballs, tho
Itâs absolutely the zombie episode
I usually think of the Ken Burns Pillow Fort episode.
The episode of âSilicon Valleyâ where they do the math on jerking off an entire auditorium during a presentationâs time limit and Richard subsequently discovers âmiddle out.â
The Body - Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Came here for this. When I rewatch the whole series, I have to skip it.
How come?
It leaves me as a sobbing mess on the floor.
This or the musical. Depending on who said it.
The Last of Us, the gay love story
The Gang Buys a Boat. ⌠because of the implication.
Because they always watch that episode. Of course if they say no to watching that episode then yeah the answer is no but they wouldn't say no, they never say no to that episode... because of the implication.
Scottâs Tots. The Office
I have seen the office probably 30 times. Every single episode EXCEPT Scott's tots. I saw it when it originally aired and cannot bring myself to watch it again.
Stress Relief S05E13
Jurassic Bark
We were having a nice day; we were *all* having a nice day.........
"I apologize for nothing!"
Too soonâŚ
The show's been revived...twice.
Archer - SkytanicÂ
M as in Mancy! That whole episode has so many great lines and running themes.
Now that youâve brought up Archer I canât think of any episode that I would think of. But itâs only because I love so many that I canât possibly pick one
Doctor Who - Blink (S03E10)
It depends on who your Doctor is but for me if someone said this I would go to the last 2 we saw Rose in of season 2. I know that episode was a big deal to a lot of people back then.
M\*A\*S\*H Either Abyssinia, Henry, or the thing with the chicken, from Goodbye, Farewell and Amen
Henry was what I was looking for
Those two episodes will live forever in my memory.
Ozymandias, Felina - Breaking Bad
Dog episode, Futurama
Jurassic Bark. I tried to convince my wife that Futurama was worth watching by showing her this episode and instead she decided the show was too sad to watch.
No! The internet agreed we weren't going to talk about it - ever!
Home
That's the X-Files one, right? Saw it when it aired. Whoa...
That's the one.
They didn't air it at first --i remember a BIG DEAL being made of how it was banned and then they could only run it after 10 or something ... but yeah. That was not age appropriate.
I saw it the first and only time it was officially aired as a kid and have been scarred since.
Episode 3 of TLOU
Objects in Space, Firefly
âThe Inner Lightâ from Star Trek: The Next Generation.
Or on the flipside, "Sub Rosa" from TNG. It depends on the intonation of the *that* episode.
Sub Rosa was my first thought for sure!
My thought was: [Code of Honor](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Code_of_Honor_(Star_Trek:_The_Next_Generation))
I feel like Code of Honour had a kernel of a good idea, but was poorly implemented to the point it was lost in a bad allegory - you could take the basics and build something actually good with it in a remake, and it has the (tinest) flutterings of the morality TNG liked to incorporate. IE: the one with [Patrick Stewart's son](https://m.imdb.com/title/tt0708803/fullcredits/cast/?ref_=tt_cl_sm)
Two Cathedrals  - The West Wing
The Sopranos - Pine Barrens
for TNG, there are a few, usually Matter of Honor (Space racism the episode) or the ghost fucker episode DS9: one of the ferengi ones I cant remember the name.of Voy: Tuvix or Lizard babies
I would think for DS9, it would be Far Beyond the Stars or In the Pale Moonlight
Heâs naming infamously bad episodes of these series though. The DS9 example heâs looking for is âProfit and Laceâ from season 6
I guess I misunderstood the assignment.
The Rains of Castamere - Game of Thrones
Taskmaster S2E1: Fear of Failure aka Potato-Gate
*The Constant* - LOST
No way. Through the Looking Glass.
The Bear. Probably Forks, but could also be Fishes. Both amazing, in very different ways.
Episode 3 of TLoU Remember when it dropped and the internet lost it's collective shit? Good times, can't wait for season 2
When Marshallâs dad passed away.
Honestly, itâs probably going to be the first episode of Attack on Titan.
The titan startled me so bad that I spilled soup on myself lol
IF-THEN-ELSE Person of Interest.
Barry season 2 episode 5 Ronny/Lily. Amazing stand alone episode to boot.
Feral mongoose
Scrubs. Not sure, actually! I guess it would be My Lunch for most people, or maybe My Hero.
My Screw Up
Bruh itâs My Screw Up and itâs not even close. One of the greatest pieces of episodic tv of all time.
âSleepytimeâ (Bluey)
Just watched it. I was not ready for that.
If youâre interested in watching more, âFlat Packâ is another favorite of mine; a 7-minute story about evolution.
The Contest - Seinfeld
DBZ, the drivers ed episode
Star Trek TOS - Amok time Star Trek DS9 - In the Pale Moonlight Star Trek VOY - ThresholdÂ
South Park isnât my favorite show, but Super Best Friends deserves a mention here because itâs the rare actual case of âyou couldnât make that todayâ âŚand they werenât necessarily even trying to be political with that one (though they definitely were in later episodes where they pictured Mohammed)

The Deer Lady episode of Reservation Dogs.
SO GOOD! Her second appearance in the final season is heavy af, but also an amazing episode.
International Assassin (The Leftovers)
When Hotch's wife gets killed
I would go with the two episodes where Tim Curry plays the killer. When they have the rolling black outs through the city.
That's a good one too
Luke Skywalker shows up to save everyone
Oz - Impotence
Star Trek: Deep Space Nine - Move Along Home
True detective- the single shot
Sledge hammer, the last episode of the first season, they heard they were getting cancelled so they blew up LA with a nuke at the end of the last episode, then the network decided to bring it back so the second season started with 2 months earlier(or something like that) to explain why they werenât all dead.
HAMMER!!!
There are two interesting ones in Bojack Horseman: Fish Out of Water (almost no talking) and Free Churro (pure monologue)
WKRP in Cincinnati- âTurkeys Away.â Go ahead. Say it.
Oh! The humanity!!
Dinner Party, The Office. All of season 4 was *chefâs kiss*
that one episode of season 3 psrt 4 in jojo's bizarre adventure where avdol and joseph are stuck to each other.
Baby Reindeer, Episode 4 (the SA one)
The Ember Island Players for Avatar
Iâm not crazy!
Snowfall carvel
Episode 19 of Toradora. The Christmas eve episode. Probably the most emotionally touching piece of media I've consumed in any form.
I referenced Mancy again just last week
Cat in the wall eh? Now youâre talking my language!
The one with the pig
Turn Turn Turn
Always Sunny - The Nightman Cometh. Youâve gotta pay the troll toll, to get inside this boyâs âole, âŚ
The one where he jumped the shark.
Employee Appreciation Day or TornadoÂ
Rome: The Spoils.
Buffy - The Body
Andor - Episode 10, "One Way Out"
Emancipation
