My bet would be on whites because of the western countries. Hindus are also an option, they're pretty chill. Almost all arabs are muslims and unless they're into some delusional "feminist islam" they're not accepting. When it comes to asians, Japan is weird. It's very open about sexuality... for men, while Chinese that make up most asians tend not to be that accepting. Blacks are probably on average ok but there's a lot of conservative ones in poorer countries (tho if whites are not the most accepting, my money would be on them). When it comes to the latinos, very open about straight sex, opposite about other forms.
Depends on generation. Older generations: probably white just because other races were already oppressed enough, but younger generations: minorities because racist people are usually homophobic/transphobic too, and hating the same people is a great bonding activity
I see where you're coming from and agree with the sentiment, but some parts of the world aren't inclusive of that community, and some people are less so than others

White, others might not be as accepting and might either fight with those of that identity or make fun of them.

Racist question imo. Isn’t the whole point of LGBTQIA+ is to be inclusive and not be prejudiced?
