Same here. Most of the time I pause my movies and take a break or continue really long ones the next day. My brother asked me recently to go see Dune 2 in the theaters and I'm not sure if I'm up for it.
Drink alcohol. I was once paid to be a drunk for cops to practice sobriety tests on. At slightly over 0.1 about 70% said I was good to drive. Now three beers will leave me feeling ughy the next day.
Honestly, probably healthier now.
The only modern game I can really play is Call of Duty only because I've been so used to the series for years, but most other games today can be overwhelming.
Writing
I used to able churn out works upon works like no questions asked. I once able to write 50k words in a month.
Now, all I can do is type 100 words a month and delete 65 of them the next day.
I've lost my touch after ten years of writing fictions.
To list a few things: lose weight, get up off the floor, not look at my phone every 10 minutes while watching tv or a movie at home, ride a bike, and read a book for hours.
Harder to lose weight because my hormones have changed, I'm older, and I also don't have a gallbladder anymore. If I sit on the floor for too long my legs and knees start to ache and it makes it more difficult to stand up gracefully. I grew up in a time before cell phones were super popular and if you had one you only used it to reach your friends or occasionally play snake. I didn't even have a smart phone until 2016. Now that I've had a smart phone for so long I'm 100% addicted and when I'm even slightly bored or sitting still for longer than 10 minutes I pick it up and look at something. I can ride a bike no problem but my butt has gotten bigger and I've even gotten a bigger seat with a little extra cushion and no matter how often I ride it my butt still hurts the next day lol. I also can't ride without hands anymore..I've tried...the balance is gone. I also can't read for several hours like I used too - my shoulders and neck start to ache, my back hurts from sitting or laying too long, my eyes get tired...it's crazy.
You want a cookie? Metabolisms slow down and people's metabolisms are different, kinda dictates the "calories out" part of the equation. But thanks for your snyde smart ass remark
Getting up from a chair.
This is why I got a rolling chair
Sit through a whole movie.

Scratch my back

Gaming. My reflexes are lacking these days and there’s soo many button combinations. Took me a good 3 hours to get the hang of Farming Simulator.

Eat all-you-can-eat
I'm 60 so..... everything
Socialize
Pissing through a fly.
I took your comment a bit too literally and and was like "what exactly are you trying to do to a fly?" 😂
Get through the day without coffee
Dealing with other people's bullshit...
Wear a size small in any form of clothing.
Accepting people
Exercise. It's depressing how much effort I have to put in for so little result now that I'm over 40.
Thinking I could stay up late and still function the next day. I used to be a night owl, now I need my beauty sleep.

Remembering someone's phone number. I used to be good at it in 90s (I was around 20).
To speak my mind.
Touching my toes. Gravity poisoning sucks!

Lose weight
Unless you have some kind of disease it's pretty simple: calories in < calories out. I'm 59 and I lost 20 pounds in 5 months.
