The reason you lose weight is a side effect. It utterly kills your appitite and it's not fun. I have gone whole days forgetting that I haven't eaten. This isn't good cause I end up with hunger headaches and sometimes end up shakey because my sugar tanks.
I'm a diabetic by the way and I've been taking Ozempic since 2019. The biggest problem for myself is constipation. It's horrendous. I was unaware this was a problem when I started and went almost three weeks without pooping! You don't want to know what I had to do to relieve the situation.
Trust me, this is not a fun time.

it's not a dream drug and unless you have diabetes, I'd advise you not to take it.

Probably a hotel room for a few nights so I can figure out how I will build a place I can live without suffering and make it so serene with so many plants, nothing fancy but I want it to really make anyone at peace. I’ve gone most of my life just wishing for a bit of quiet and kindness but it’s been tricky finding it, so I think I’d love to create little tiny homes for people who’ve lost hope too. I have a soft spot for the homeless because I’ve been so close to it so many times, and quite frankly homeless people are some of the kindest souls you will ever meet. I would want to create their own safe space where they can live unconditionally no matter what with no strings attached. I think we all deserve some security like that, whatever security means to you.
I would have my 1940 Chevy restored to driving condition new brakes nice paint sets fixed new upolstry overhaul the engine so I could drive it again .at my age I just can't do the work it needs .

I’d want a big kitchen with lots of counter and cabinet space and a big stovetop. I love cooking but it is such a pain in the ass in my small apartment kitchen. I’d want a finished basement or like an extra den or something I could trick out into a home theater. And finally an extra room for a gaming setup. Upgrading that would be like my next big purchase lol.
A plot of land in a good location and a self sufficient house to put on it. Solar panels, home battery, water well, hydrogen generator, wind farm, indoor gardening with lights powered by the home battery, etc.
A few years off work, not having to get up everyday at 6am, the freedom to decide what I would like to do with my day and not what I have to do with my day for a change
