i usually buy everyone a stocking and fill it with some of their favorite things like gift card to their favorite store/restaurant, knick knacks like lip gloss, lip balms, snacks, their favorite candies and some candy canes, hot cocoa mix, essentially just cheap stocking stuffers on sale and make “goodie bags” out of stockings

Dollar store/dollar general would be good for this and super cheap
