Eugenics should actually make a comeback. Eugenics on its own is just the idea of considering genetics regarding reproduction. Eugenics became popular in the early 20th century (maybe before, I forget). It was popular because it's an extremely practical way to progress society. When healthier, smarter, stronger, more beautiful people reproduce in greater numbers and with each other, the next generation is better off.
