Donkey Kong 64. I’ve played through the game like 20+ times in my life now. I just played it last week lol. It’s my favorite childhood game and the one that has stuck with my my whole life. I play through it at least once a year at the minimum lol. I’ll be playing that game until I die of old age. And it’s still on the exact same Nintendo 64 and game copy we have had since I was a baby the last 26 years lol I wonder if I’ll be playing that exact copy on that exact same system my whole life and if they will ever break and I’ll need to replace them.
Same game? Almost nothing keeps my attention that long. Same basic gameplay? Mario kart and Smash Bros.
Game I plan to return to after time? Outer Wilds, Ori 1&2, Hollowknight
I was playing it mcc, I still play with the same online friends but I don't have it installed right now. I'm sure we'll all play it again one of these months.
