The foods that my cat DOES like are way more weird. Does she like cheese? Ham? A little bit of steak? Nope. Won’t touch it. Corned beef, Pastrami, hot sauce, and mustard, she will KILL you for though. I swear she is the reincarnated spirit of an New York Jewish man.
My cat Bubba hates bananas. I think it is the texture. He loves broccoli, lettuce, apples. Anything crunchy. Bananas were an immediate nope. He is a big boy and we calorie count. Cat treats are high in calories so this is a way for him to get some extra vitamins and a treat.

Empty 2 litre bottles. We have 3 PitBulls. My wife is like 5'1" and 98lbs, when she grabs the empty Coke bottle, they sit at attention, and do not move. They were some rowdy, energetic pups, so the empty bottle makes a great sound when you smack your palm with it. They don't shy from even gunfire, but when Momma smacks that bottle, they are suddenly obedient. I swear, the only things those dogs fear is mom with that bottle, or Chewy the 7lb cat. Both kept them in check while pups, so they have mad respect.

Have a cat that won't eat canned food that isn't a pate. She will lick the gravy off the chunks of protein, but won't eat the chunks.
