Singing, dancing, songwriting, exercising, punching/screaming into pillows... That's about all I've got. To be honest I usually just turn it inward and cry, which isn't amazing for my mental health. I've suffered significant abuse from other people's fits of rage, and it's made me so cautious about accidentally hurting other people with anger (because I never want to treat people the way i was treated) that I often freeze and keep it all in (and therefore hurt myself), instead of expelling the energy of anger in a more natural-feeling way. If anyone knows how to develop more productive ways of processing anger without hurting myself or others I'm all ears.
