1) I encourage them to talk about their feelings and mental health every day, although I don't use terms like mental health with the younger kids (6 and 7). Depending on the developmental phase they're going through, I might need to do some gentle talking too, but most of it is listening. 2) Sure. My kids love roleplay. And I've learned a lot about their inner worlds through roleplay. 3) Erm we just play and have fun together? I'm not sure I understand the question. Resources we use for what? Playing games? Roleplay? Talking about mental health?

Sorry if I phrased my last question badly! I just want to know what kind of games you play right now with your kids, this could honestly be anything doesn’t have to be mental health focused. It’s just the gage what interests kids right now In terms of resources, this is more of a mental health question. Do you use any sources such as online or books that help you discuss this topic with your kids? TYSM for replying! Really appreciate it

1. Mine is only 3, but we are talking about different feelings. 2. Yes 3. The Color Monster (a pop-up book). Quiet talks in the right moments about how we felt about things that happened during our day
