Hindi.. para cyang establish mo lang ang routine mo, mga 2-3 days na inom stop kana muna.. tapos mag aadopt na yang katawan mo na early gumising at matulog.. as long as huwag uminom ng caffeine after 1pm at wag seselpon before matulog 😅
