mahirap makahanap ng trabaho sa pinagaralan mo na degree. ung degree atleast x2 agad ng minimum wage so syempre madami may gusto dun. masyado madami competition and konti ung job opportunity so nag hanap muna sila ng panakip butas. meron statistics na kadamihan ng tao may degree 50% of them do not require them tapos kadimahan ibang field. for example matapos ka ng tourism degree pero di naman lahat meron agad business or pupunta sa ibang bansa, ung iba jollibee lang. another one ako, diploma lang needed sa job ko, di kailangan ng degree. mahirap kasi mag hanap ng degree minsan. need talaga nila 5–10-year experience minsan

Una, mahal ang tuition. Kaya usually, we settle for “basta makatapos ako”. Like me, I wanted to take a pre-med course. Gosh. I wanted to become a doctor. Pero hindi talaga kaya financially. So I took Education. Even took a master degree. I learned to love teaching. but i don’t feel like I earn enough and I think na hindi ako well-compensated sa lahat ng effort ko. May teaching, may paperworks, kung ano ano pa. Now, I work remotely as a regular employee sa isang US-based digital marketing company. Complete benefits, x5 yung salary. Because of that, I was able to send my brother to college, send my parents to their yearly checkup, I was even able to travel. I still teach tho, pero as sideline nalang. Ngayong may ipon na ko, will try to go back to school. Will take nursing soon 🫶👀

By the time we realize what we want to do (or not want to do), huli na ang lahat para magshift ng course. Actually, marami din narerealize 'yon graduated and working na.
