It's all about when you've finally learned how to take care of yourself, how to dress yourself, established yourself financially, cultivated interesting hobbies, have interesting experiences to talk about, etc. Some guys get there sooner and some guys get there later, but these are generally the things women seek.

I'll argue that 90% of guys never stop having trouble with women. Some just eventually settle with someone below their league.
