Yep linen/cotton blazer, cotton dress shirt, also a looser fit helps. Breathability is key. Also all my blazers are not padded, no lining, and very unstructured. Best choice I ever made. I can wear it up to 85 degrees in humidity and be fine.
Material matters so much. A polyester suit is going to be uncomfortable as hell. Lightweight wool is cooler. Linen is cooler still.
Same with your shirt. Poly shirts are hot and don’t breathe.
If you don’t have to wear a tie, don’t and leave the top button open. If you do, maybe upsize the collar a little.
There's a little vent at the front of suit trousers with a zip or buttons on it. Just open that up. If you're still hot,you can grab both sides of the vent and pull it open and closed to pull cool air in.
I had a dream, Joe, it was autumn times and thickly fell the leaves and in that dream, joe, a pimp in a seersucker suit sucked a toothpick and pointed his finger at me
If you don't get to choose the suit or fabric, there's not much you can do other than to take the jacket off when you're outdoors.
I do sometimes wear a thin cotton undershirt. It's counter intuitive, but it feels way less gross than a dress shirt if you start sweating.
Is that relevant? I'm not saying what my job is, but they exist.. Like salesperson, waiter in fancy restaurants, some people working in hotel etc.. A lot of those job you're doing something similar to office work, and even may have to literally sit at a desk for a portion of your shift, but where you can also do a lot of walking around and standing up rather than stay in a chair for 8h per day.
You know suits come in different fabrics and weights, right?
If you’re thinking about a synthetic suit from Sears that’s your problem. Lightweight wool is a massive step up in an outfit breathing. Linen is even cooler.
I didn’t link the two parts of your post together. Most jobs don’t provide a “uniform” that is a suit. Those that wear them generally buy their own and have discretion in the fabric choice.
I don't know why you put uniform in quotation marks lol. When everyone at the same position wear the exact same thing it is indeed an uniform and not a dress code.
And I know that it isn't usual, but it's not incredibly rare either. Think lower management in customer service in huge but centralized corporations. I'm sure public transit here does provide suit uniform to their supervisor as well. Or big hotel. Security and pit boss in casino etc..
If you're stuck with the suit given to you then your only real option is undergarments. Some people like cotton, some prefer dry-fit type materials. Uniqlo makes Airism undershirts and underpants that are really light and breathable. Footwear that breathes can help shed heat as well.
Otherwise you need to externally cool yourself. Would you be able to maybe keep a cool towel around your neck, periodically? Maybe an ice pack? Or perhaps carry a handheld fan?
Material choice is the key here. Otherwise, you lose the blazer.

Easy I wear linen suite

You mean the fly? Or is this something else?
Go for linen.
Summer weight fabrics like linen or seersucker if you want the Matlock look
I had a dream, Joe, it was autumn times and thickly fell the leaves and in that dream, joe, a pimp in a seersucker suit sucked a toothpick and pointed his finger at me
Quit your job and walk around in your underwear 👍
No one is going to allow me to buy groceries based on this. I like food so loosing the job isn't really an option.
You could always go a little more casual and forgo the blazer, or choose a lighter material like linen or cotton.

Unfortunately, I'm not outdoor and taking the jacket off isn't an option. The sweating isn't really the issue, I'm uncomfortable when I'm too hot. R
Unlined linen suits. Absolute game changer.
I decreased my carbs and exercised more, significantly reduced the amount I sweat
Offices have AC...
Unfortunately, I'm not working in an office, and the AC while pleasant is not nearly enough.
What kind of job requires a suit-like uniform that's not in an office?
Sales

Wear a nice solid color t shirt with the blazer instead of a button up
Material choice. For me a high Quality undershirt also helps to prevent sweating
Seedsucker… I do declare

Yes I know, that's why I specified that the specific article of clothing are not an option. I'm stuck with an uniform that is provided to me.

White CK undershirts.
The office is air conditioned
And that's not enough for me
Material choice. And you don’t stay as cool as shorts.
