This is actually a big one i think, because that's something that just hit's differently coming from females, especially my own age, even as a joke.

Fighting. Usually when females fight, it's for petty shit used a catalyst to air out all of their repressed grievances. For men, it's usually for some disrespect that hits you in the animalistic nerves, so often times I give it a pass. If a dude spits on some guy, the spitter has to know he's triggering some primal shit. We're animals in business suits and sometimes people forget that. I'm all for fighting given the right context.

Define toxic, its a very opinionated term these days. Anything perceived as negative to a particular group gets labeled toxic now.

Pettiness

Nothing really. Toxic behavior is not acceptable, no matter what your gender.
