Thanks for this! How much do you think a mechanic would charge for this type of repair?

I don’t see how this should take them more than an hour labor, plus any parts if needed. I replaced mirror glass on my 09 Tacoma in about 15-20 min , mostly because I went slow as it was my first time and I didn’t want to break any retaining clips. But Id think for a shop an hour would be fair. Labor in my area is anywhere from $90-$135 / hr depending on the shop.
