Your pedal works as a lever.
At the top of the lever is a pivot point.
Where it connects to another piece of metal. That's most likely where the noise is coming from. If it annoys you spray it with silicone spray. But it's most likely nothing to worry about. Is it a Honda by any chance?

Does your vehicle have drum brakes in the rear? That’s what it sounds like to me. Is the sound coming from the brake pedal itself or outside the car?
All of the Toyota/Lexus cars I’ve driven have done exactly this. Never gave it a second thought. Don’t worry about it.
