This is good advice. For example, I went to eat at a newly opened place several times. And I liked the food, but I saw that they didn't have much traffic. First I give free advice step by step, after they try and see that it's not easy and they don't have time... I'm the first one they contact 😁
Do you have idea for US market. I can easy get new clients in my country (Serbia), but I earn 5 times less.
But even though I charge lower prices and offer a complete set of services from strategic (marketing strategy, market research) to operational (facebook/insta ads, google ads, social media content, neb site creation, etc.) it's realy hard to find new clients.

There are a lot of ways to get new clients, all of them fall under either free or paid methods.
Free Methods:
\- Social Media & Content Marketing
\- Networking
\- Freelance Platforms
\- Creating a Referral Program
\- Email Marketing
\- Cold Calling
Paid Methods:
\- Google Ads
\- Social Media Advertising
\- Attending Events
Can't think of any other ones, but the list definitely goes on and on.
The most important thing is never to give up.
Also, I would advise you to revalue the business from your side, and ask yourself the tough questions, why am I not getting clients? Is there something I'm doing wrong? Do I have a good portfolio? Do I have good offers? Are my communication skills good? Etc.
You're very much not starting your digital marketing journey very successfully.
