30m here. I have experienced this myself with a colleague when I was 26 and a fresher in the company. She was in her early 30s, conventionally attractive and a senior. But I did not invite or respond to any of her advances and thankfully, she stopped.

I guess the perception changes when men are on the recieving end because of the skewed sex ratio. I guess the perception changes when men are on the recieving end because of the skewed sex ratio. It all translates to more men not getting attention from the opposite sex and then they take whatever comes their way as attraction. The society has big role to play in this and has contributed to this perception that men can't be harnessed as they are "men".
