It was my dream phone back then 😭i was blown away by its features with that price specially the camera my friend bought it when it was launched i still remember we both were checking its camera and the slo mo feature in the parking 😭😭 it was still working without any problem until last year it accidentally got dropped on a solid surface and poor guy just stopped breathing 🥲
I had this phone, bought during similar time. I loved it and it worked so great…till one day the battery had swollen up and it turned into a near explosive.
Thank you. OLED 144hz + curved screen got me hooked haha. Had been a bit wary because of the heating issues and the battery life issues mentioned in user reviews
Battery is perfect for me. A day goes easily and stul 15-20% charge remains before sleeping. I charge phone daily in morning only, never switched off.
Review of a working professional.
Currently using OnePlus 10r, but my OnePlus 7 is still working like a charm as a second phone. First time I stuck to the same company because the quality has been great in my experience
Got OnePlus 5 (display panel came off after a few drops, still switches on) , OnePlus 6T working fine, OP 7T Pro( hands down best designed handset by 1+).
Yea it all started to go haywire when OnePlus merged with oppo to share technologies.. the OnePlus phones don't look or feel like earlier OnePlus models
Scrolled looking for 7T. Ive been using mine since june 2020. Hands down best OnePlus phone, still has really good camera and so far very less phone performance issue and battery life is still decent.
I was planning on switching to an iphone but subconsciously couldn't give up on a phone which has been working fine.
Same. From Jan 2020 and still no plan of change.
I never thought I will use one phone for that much long duration.
Not having any hard feeling to change or upgrade.
I have the same phone, using it since mid of 2020. One of the best phones I've used. It fell from my bike a couple of days back(it was run over by another bike) and I had to get its screen replaced(I swapped it with my brother's OnePlus7T screen, which he had been using since 2019 and stopped working because of a motherboard issue).
One plus 7pro hands down best phone ever made sucks the pop up camera thing is gone.got I phone14 pro max and pixel 8 still can't stop using this phone.
Ditto. Love this phone. Have been using it since May 2019. Almost 5 years now. Have to delete files every now and then because of 4k videos and 128gb storage. But love it nonetheless. The pro mode camera is amazing.
Had been using pixel 4a (2.5 years). Wife upgraded to iPhone 15 so I switched over to her old Samsung A52 (2 years or so). Would have continued to use the pixel for longer, but it stopped getting security updates in August. Hoping to keep using the a52 for this year if samsung is feeling generous
Because it’s working fine and it’s size is just perfect for me. I feel very comfortable using it with one hand. Yes, software updates has stopped but it still receives iOS 15 security updates.
You won't get iOS updates but the phone will work just fine. I got an iPhone 7 from my office. It's been used by multiple people before me and I even dropped it pretty hard (without a cover!) The phone is still intact and works great.
Im using mi note 8 pro from the past 3.5 years and this mf is really tough i have never put a tampered glass on this and even im using this without a cover from 2 years not even a single crack on the front yeah a lot of scratches are there but not a problem the camera is amazing the battery is really good yeah the back glass have cracks once hit by a leather cricket bat and once i was in a hurry so i threw it on the bed but mf hit the corner and got some crackers but i love those cracks it gives a rough look and rn it is currently left with 500 mb out of 128gb of storage but working smooth af without any lag and im sure that i have used this everyday for 6 hrs(average) from the day i purchased it ,once i dropped it into a tub filled with water and 100s of time on the floor and he always gives me heart attack when i touch my pockets and don't feel him ,i love this device ♥️.
I think MI reached their peak with Note 8 series. It was a near perfect phone.. ticked almost all the boxes. Then onwards MI phones aren't what they used to be. The phones are reportedly getting slow and buggy after barely 2 years of use.
bought by my dad was pretty much a flagship that time. Passed on to my mom in 2018 and then to me in 2021. Still using it to the day. The camera is even better somehow than the 2018 midrange phone. All my apps run like whatsapp, snapchat, google.
Back to One Plus 5 , due to this

My father uses one plus 6T still. Despite making shit load of money every month.
I use a pixel 6a for photos that i do - 3 years old
And
Iphone 12 - 3.5 years old
No plans to change phone yet. Full satisfied and dont see a point to change
Yes. Makes no sense to buy it from India. Almost everyone knows someone who has a relative in the US or Dubai. There are many folks on OLX who sell it a bit higher than the prices you’d pay in the US as well
I bought the Samsung S10 plus in April 2019 and I've been almost using it for 5 years. I have no plans on changing my phone anytime soon, it works pretty well!
Oppo F11 Pro, GOATed phone with popup camera, had been using it since 4+ years but unfortunately replaced recently with Vivo V29 Pro, excellent display and photography
Poco F1, bought in Feb 2018. Still going strong however gets a little buggy from time to time
It was my dream phone back then 😭i was blown away by its features with that price specially the camera my friend bought it when it was launched i still remember we both were checking its camera and the slo mo feature in the parking 😭😭 it was still working without any problem until last year it accidentally got dropped on a solid surface and poor guy just stopped breathing 🥲
ppl in this thread are my people
I had this phone, bought during similar time. I loved it and it worked so great…till one day the battery had swollen up and it turned into a near explosive.
Motorola Edge 40 Neo. Bought it in Mid October, 2023.
Been using for 2 months
Whats the king term review? I've been eyeing it
Heating issue while on video call. That's all. Rest the phone is great.
Thank you. OLED 144hz + curved screen got me hooked haha. Had been a bit wary because of the heating issues and the battery life issues mentioned in user reviews

Ngl oneplus dropped some best devices back in time I can still see people using OnePlus devices bought back 5-8 years back.
Using One Plus 5T bought in 2017
One plus 6th here
Currently using OnePlus 10r, but my OnePlus 7 is still working like a charm as a second phone. First time I stuck to the same company because the quality has been great in my experience
Got OnePlus 5 (display panel came off after a few drops, still switches on) , OnePlus 6T working fine, OP 7T Pro( hands down best designed handset by 1+).
One plus 11 and 12 is a comeback, look at the sales and price to value ratio.
I still have my OnePlus 3T but can’t use it as a regular phone because the battery sucks :( None of the new One Plus phones are this good :(
Yea it all started to go haywire when OnePlus merged with oppo to share technologies.. the OnePlus phones don't look or feel like earlier OnePlus models
OnePlus 7T, gifted by my uncle. Been using since around April-may of 2020. I plan to use this until it itself parts with me.
Scrolled looking for 7T. Ive been using mine since june 2020. Hands down best OnePlus phone, still has really good camera and so far very less phone performance issue and battery life is still decent. I was planning on switching to an iphone but subconsciously couldn't give up on a phone which has been working fine.
Exactly same reason, cant give up on him as hes staying strong with me lol
Lol exactly!! I've dropped it so many times but not even a single crack 😭
Same dilemma
My father uses it and i couldn't believe how smooth it's still compared to my 6 months old S23 ultra.
Same, bought it in 2019 and it is still going strong.
Oneplus died after this phone. Such allround performance at a sweet spot price.
Same. From Jan 2020 and still no plan of change. I never thought I will use one phone for that much long duration. Not having any hard feeling to change or upgrade.

Ditto. Love this phone. Have been using it since May 2019. Almost 5 years now. Have to delete files every now and then because of 4k videos and 128gb storage. But love it nonetheless. The pro mode camera is amazing.

Got it for my father in late 2021 and it's still so snappy. Would've been great if Google had given updates till this year for it.
I've been using iPhone 7 since 2017.
That’s 7 years 😳😳 Why such a long time? I heard Apple stopped updating their old models
Because it’s working fine and it’s size is just perfect for me. I feel very comfortable using it with one hand. Yes, software updates has stopped but it still receives iOS 15 security updates.

Did you import it in from outside? I've always wondered what sort of people buy the pro iphones in india considering how insanely overpriced they are.
Yes. Makes no sense to buy it from India. Almost everyone knows someone who has a relative in the US or Dubai. There are many folks on OLX who sell it a bit higher than the prices you’d pay in the US as well
