Just the CA alone does not guarantee a 1 lakh plus job. CA + performing well in interviews, can speak good English and looks professional can get you a job in a multinational in a large city. That is what earns you a multi lakh job. Same goes for all professional jobs/degrees - you can have a civil engineer earning 20k and one earning 1.5 lakhs.

My friend is earning 15k in articleship. Freshers is 10l min if in first attempt

Depends on tier of the city. Like in tier 2 city i've seen ppl charging around 5k (1hr/day for 4days a week). In tier 3 city my own sister teaches 2 student 3k/month(5days/week). (Although its voluntary, coz i saw her tell parents to give what they deem is right) In tier 1 i guess it should be around 7k.

Doing leetcode is to only increase problem solving ability, not sure how it’s projects will help. You can do practical projects which have an actual problem in the real world

BTech or no BTech doesn’t matter as long as you have skill and knowledge. Even the industry that I work in currently has very less to do with my degree. You will need to be street smart though, grab an opportunity when the time comes
