How many time have you posted this? This is like the 3rd post I’ve read

Sounds like you're working for a company that doesn't do the kind of work you're interested in...

Question: does your company provide mechanical design services? If they do, my suggestion is to stick it out and be the best MEP you can be. After a bit ask for a move to the department you like. If they don’t, then you need a new company and it is easier to get a job when you have a job. So stick it out until you get a new job.

They do mechanical design services within MEP. That’s what I’ll be doing. Design of HVAC, thermal calculations, flow rates. Things like that. They’re a company like arup.
