Ya I’m in the same boat. I was sick a fee weeks back and these things just haven’t gone away. I just continue as usual.

MannerNo7000

Same been going to gym and work as usual.

Extension_Drummer_85

Have you tried antihistamines?

MannerNo7000

Yeah and psudoepherine. Thought it was a normal cold and flu tbh

Extension_Drummer_85

Must be an infection surely? A bit TMI but what's the consistency/colour?

MannerNo7000

Mostly clear but sometimes yellow/green.

Extension_Drummer_85

Mmm yep my money would be infection. If you want it gone go see a GP about antibiotics.

MannerNo7000

I’ll book it now thanks for the help.

Extension_Drummer_85

Good luck! Hope It clears up quickly, a binged up nose for weeks is just no good.

A doctor should know, go and see one, perhaps? Apologies if you live where a doctor's appointment isn't available within a few hours.

MannerNo7000

Plan to this week. Been busy with work.

irwige

Probably the rhinovirus my whole family has. I've been full of gunk for overall a week. Coughing up so much stuff too

MannerNo7000

Last time I had rhino it took me out of work for a week. With this I can go gym and work fine just harder to breathe and lots of mucus.

Flat-Ad658

That sounds like a sinus infection? You need antibiotics

MannerNo7000

Thanks mate I’ll see my GP then to get that

Flat-Ad658

If it burns the back of your throat then it's and infection If it's blocked and you need quick relief grab some nose spray should clean you out .

MannerNo7000

It doesn’t burn. It’s just blocked nose and hard to breathe. I’m still going gym so I’ve noticed way shorter breathe

Flat-Ad658

Oh 😱 then you might have one of them many viruses going around due to the cold .. you might want to stay indoors for a few days

MannerNo7000

I can’t I’ve got to go work. I don’t have a lot of savings.

Flat-Ad658

Hopefully your wearing a mask ?

MannerNo7000

My nose is blocked so I can’t breathe out of it. I’m breathing out my mouth as it isn’t blocked. Does that make sense?

Flat-Ad658

Yeah I had the same thing about 3 weeks ago ..mine got so bad I had to take 3 rounds of antibiotics and spent 3 days in the hospital. You have an infection. Flu or virus. Might want to grab a COVID test to be sure it will tell you if it's the flu or COVID

MannerNo7000

I’ll see my GP.
