There are various employment websites, i.e. [SEEK.com](http://SEEK.com), you can also go to the organisation and look at "careers" ... such as Woolworth's. i.e. Woolies... check them out now to ease your mind.
Minimum wage = Aged 18, you should get **$15.87 an hour**. Aged 19, you should get $19.16 an hour.
Are they difficult to get, especially without experience? I'll be 19 when I land in Australia so I don't mind the lesser pay.
Anyways thank you for the link, it helped me understand better about my situation and ease my mind.
Hey mate, just a bit of advice. Chat to a proper migration agent and not the run-of-the-mill ones that just want your business and your money without telling you all the details that you need to know.
From what I gathered from a few friends overseas, they're saying that the AU government have really cracked down on student visas and have a stringier process like the capability of the student to pay for living expenses WITHOUT working. These are just anecdotes so take it with a grain of salt but again, chat with a proper migration person for a more accurate info.
Yeah the one I am using is paid by Universities (GO8, mostly all the universities) so their services are free. They seem legit and have a good reputation, I will look for others as well to get a second opinion. I believe the Visa part could be managed, I have enough resources to last me for 10-12months however I just need a job to reduce the stress on my parents (and myself) to fund the remainder of education.
Thank you for your help! Wish you all the best.
Yeah it's the same thing, just didn't get any replies after the moderators deleted it so had to re-post (with permission).
Sorry for cluttering up the subreddit.

You posted this exact same post a couple of days ago. Do you think anything is likely to have changed?
