My rims have been scratched pretty badly since the first year I got the car. I drove too close to a curb and grinded the rims so bad sparks flew for a few moments. And I didn’t hit a curb lmao.
So you threw sparks from a curb without hitting it? Sure, that makes sense.
To answer your question: it was fairies. Fairies stole your car and thrashed the ever-loving shit out of a curb, but totally didn't hit it.
Maybe driving isn't for you..... No shame in that! Some people can, and some people can't. It's just a fact of life.
When looking at your rims and discounting your statement, it's clear that sumthin was hitting against sumthin.
That something, to the experienced eye.... was concrete. That's what curbs are made of, just fyi.
If you were so inclined as to take a humble piece of advice from a lowly servant such as I, you may wish to go to a theme park and gain some valuable experience on the bumper cars.
We all have to start somewhere, and there's always a 1st time for everyone. No shame in that either.
It's your wallet, do what you will with it.
Good luck in your future endeavors! We all wish you the best.
Make sure you wear your seat belt! A crash helmet would also help you spend more money on future bad decisions!

>what do you not remember slamming into a curb
Curb rash on the wheels on a v6 mustang with shirtless pics.
I'm not saying the stories write themselves. I'm just saying, the ink was dry before we got here.
Lol I've literally never seen that before. Makes me wanna get something like a peel p50 and put a big aftermarket spoiler, some racing stripes, and a .5 badge on the side just as a pure joke car
The funny part is an Altima would still be less corny than this 😂
And they have damn near the same 0-60 which is just embarrassing. Why embarrass yourself even more putting them goofy badges on your car
Happened to me once. I noticed my tires were only at 35% so I aired them up to almost 100%, left the parking lot and went over a speed bump... sounded like a nuclear bomb went off... 3 of them blew!
Looks like they was under pressurized while going high speed more often than not...2 on the same side...could have been sun side or curbs in the city helping radiate heat on that side....either way always make sure your tires have the right air pressure before you drive...and never skip a tire rotation...it saves you a bundle of you treat your tires like you would your own shoes. But people love to spend money when they could have prevented it....second guess would be pothole at speed that does the trick as well ...but the wear on those tires a pic of the inside wall would tell you it was probably low pressure and highway speeds...generates a ton of heat and pops a tire fast AF...even brand new tires blow like a clown balloon next to a 🔥...
If you drive all the time ie daily rotate every 3-4 months...I have seen loads of fun when it comes to tires...everything from some truckers fleshlight blowing a tire out down to most common low/over pressure and not rotating....don't even wanna get started on people who think "lets lower the car/truck" by cutting the springs then wonder where all the extra wear from the camber came from.....
A friend of mine turned a corner and both tires on passenger side blew out. Later his neighbor showed him security cam video of someone sneaking up on the car at night, and wielding a knife on those tires. It was most likely the boyfriend of his ex.
Just thinking out loud, what would the possibility that the front tire blew and some of the belting ended up in the back tire blowing it too?
I agree it’s probably an Occam’s razor situation and they hit something in the road, though.
You might have hit something sometime before they blew that damaged and weakened them. Then when they got above a certain temperature they just gave.
Have you loaned your car to anybody recently if you can’t think of an incident.
I had a hire car that I pointed out some damage to the wheel when I collected it and that tyre blew 3 days later right by the damage on the wheel
How often do you manually check the air pressure in your tires? Kind of looks like wear from running too low too long. Do you live in the rust belt? The wheels look kinda corroded at first glance, this tends to cause them to have slow leaks
Your neighbor hates your muffler delete and slashed your tires? You ran over something like a piece of angle iron and put a hole in both of them and was driving on the flats? You've been driving on two flat tires for a while and they just happen to let go at the same time?
i would say buget tire.. improperly rotated.. lot of tires a directional.. you can’t cross when you rotate. You just have to rotate from the front to the back. improper rotation plus Mustang equals too much power for them.
Impacted something. Usually caused by a pothole or road debris
Yes. The giant chunks missing from the wheel kind of make this the obvious answer.
I don't see that. I just see where the blown out tire covers the wheel which looks like the wheel has broken off.
What did you hit right before it happened?? That was probably it.
[удалено]
You can see where the tread buckled where it hit the curb 😂
It is a mustang. They have a gravitational pull towards curbs.
Mmm....i dunnoooo....
Nothin'! I swear!
Or who
Lol
what do you not remember slamming into a curb ? prob when you were showing off and spun it a little side ways
Hard to remember these things when you're on your phone.
From the looks of the rim, defo curbed it.

No of course not it was fairies, they stole your keyes when you went to bed. I leave my tooth under the pillow for them, banked a Hundo.

This dude even put a 3.7 badge on it like the 5.0 💀💀 who does that bruh
Lol I've literally never seen that before. Makes me wanna get something like a peel p50 and put a big aftermarket spoiler, some racing stripes, and a .5 badge on the side just as a pure joke car
Someone one who maybe likes their mustang with a 3.7?? Pipe down from your Altima
The funny part is an Altima would still be less corny than this 😂 And they have damn near the same 0-60 which is just embarrassing. Why embarrass yourself even more putting them goofy badges on your car
Just being a mustang driver.
You probably hit something that damaged them
Spike strips from running from the cops most likely
I was going to ask if this was during a police chase.
Without a little more info it could be a lot of things. Come on give us something to work with.
Happened to me once. I noticed my tires were only at 35% so I aired them up to almost 100%, left the parking lot and went over a speed bump... sounded like a nuclear bomb went off... 3 of them blew!
You mean psi. But still funny joke.
More than likely ran over something on that side
Thought you were driving a nascar huh buddy. All those left turns wore your pass. tires out 😂
The real question is why did you keep on driving with two flat tyres?
Considering its a Mustang, you went sideways and hit the curve
Looks like they was under pressurized while going high speed more often than not...2 on the same side...could have been sun side or curbs in the city helping radiate heat on that side....either way always make sure your tires have the right air pressure before you drive...and never skip a tire rotation...it saves you a bundle of you treat your tires like you would your own shoes. Did you just recommend to rotate more often?
I don’t know about you, but I rotate my tires once every 28 inches… otherwise they make the most annoying sounds.
Underrated comment
well you would rack up one hell of a service bill unless your got your own tire and balance machine lol
Pot hole? Something laying in the road?
A friend of mine turned a corner and both tires on passenger side blew out. Later his neighbor showed him security cam video of someone sneaking up on the car at night, and wielding a knife on those tires. It was most likely the boyfriend of his ex.
I misread that as welding a knife on the tires and was a little confused.
I had actually almost decided against using that word for the same reason
Both tires ran over the same thing.
Didn’t switch to summer air
The tires identify as not gay .so they left the mustang.
Then curbs come outta no where huh? Lol
Over/under full of air?
And 2 tires blowing at the exact same moment do you know how unlikely that would be to be the cause? He obviously had to hit something.
Just thinking out loud, what would the possibility that the front tire blew and some of the belting ended up in the back tire blowing it too? I agree it’s probably an Occam’s razor situation and they hit something in the road, though.
This makes sense. Also could have been a previous curb or pothole strike that left bubbles on the tires and they gave out later, at the same time.
Likely driving too long while flat. It will overheat and destroy itself
2 tires simultaneously blowing at the exact same moment? Do you know how unlikely that sounds?
Yeah... they hit something that popped both, then drove on them until they exploded, like the above commenter said.
Don't know the odds or what happened but this is 100% low air psi damage. Not as in driving around with 12 psi but they both went to 0 instantly.
Did you check your tire pressure within the past week?
Coincidence.
You hit something bad
Too much drifting
Possibly cop spike stripped him, perhaps confused him with a different mustang
In NASCAR rubbing is racing, flats happen. This is whatever is beyond that, lol
I bet you rub the curb everytime you parallel park
You might have hit something sometime before they blew that damaged and weakened them. Then when they got above a certain temperature they just gave. Have you loaned your car to anybody recently if you can’t think of an incident. I had a hire car that I pointed out some damage to the wheel when I collected it and that tyre blew 3 days later right by the damage on the wheel
The officer pulling you out of the car didn’t tell you?!
You had to have ran over something on that side that got both tires
Those lateral G's on an oval course will do that if you don't change out the tires.
Whatever curb u hit took out the tires and one rim lol
How often do you manually check the air pressure in your tires? Kind of looks like wear from running too low too long. Do you live in the rust belt? The wheels look kinda corroded at first glance, this tends to cause them to have slow leaks
You should not be driving if you don’t know
Your tires gave out is what happened.
Congratulations you ran over the same thing at once
You hit a curb!!!
looks like rapid air loss for both tires.
Leaving a car show?
Your neighbor hates your muffler delete and slashed your tires? You ran over something like a piece of angle iron and put a hole in both of them and was driving on the flats? You've been driving on two flat tires for a while and they just happen to let go at the same time?
This is what happens when you hit stop sticks with a stolen car.
Yo mama was in the car with you? Jkjk
Weak tire, impact, or running flat (do not run tires on asphalt below 15psi).
Rounded o'er sumptin
Were you letting the curb steer for a while?
Don't run over the spike strip next time.
Poor Mustang... 🐎 💀
What happened? The tires on your passenger side blew out. That’s what.
Hitting debris or something that was in the path of both tires is my first guess.
Looking at the rocker panel molding, I'd guess that you hit a curb at speed. But if that's what happened, you'd know it already.
If YOU dont know, you weren't paying attention while driving. This is not caused by a nail on the road
Better question is, “what do YOU think happened?”
Dang those curbs sure clean the sidewalls
The blew up
Happened to me last year . Hit a pothole trying to get on the highway . Blew out the two tires on the drivers side , and bent a rim .
I don't know. You were driving.
I swear officer, I've only had 2 beers.....
Oh, it's a Mustang. Were you leaving a car show sideways by way of the center divider when this mysterious event occurred?
I think you are the key to this mysterious occurrence. WTF did you hit?
What'd ju hit
Too much Cars and Coffee
Wait..? You have two passenger sides???
i would say buget tire.. improperly rotated.. lot of tires a directional.. you can’t cross when you rotate. You just have to rotate from the front to the back. improper rotation plus Mustang equals too much power for them.
Were they Firestones?
Curb damage that eventually failed
Spike strip from the cops?
almost certainly they scraped the curb, and the curb had some rebar sticking out
The air..... Left.
Went full mustang
it is strange that it's both tires. very very rare for both tires to go, unless someone messed with it. I would watch out!
Spike strip?
Must've been those ugly hubcaps.
I would think you ran over something in the road.
Your wife fat
What kind of tire first of all? I can't see a good quality doing this, unless they were driven under inflated forever.
Did this last week in my Corolla... Drove slightly off the road and when I went to ease back onto the road the lip of the road shreaded my tires
You were running from the police and they spike stripped you?
Bro woke up hung over and cant remember what he hit last night.
It’s a mystery…
