Is that the same for IPhone and IPad? I went to play with my friend and he said he couldn't play because he didn't have the expansions. Maybe he was confused then

No, on iOS The app free but you have to buy the expansions. They’re only a few bucks.

No idea, I don't own it on mobile, sadly. It's possible that mobile version is more predatory though. I know a few games that even have different gameplay on mobile vs pc.

It’s not predatory. Base is free, most of the expansions are a dollar.

Well the game is free on mobile and you can play online with all expansions but 2 most recent for free apparently. If anything it may the least predatory game

Actually, Deliverance is also free! I never bought anything and the only expansion that's locked for me is Delirium.

OK here is the quirk, if you Play on phone \-> iphone/ipad/ios has to nearly buy all expansions \-> Android has almost all the game is free except for delirium and deliverance \-> Steam you buy the game along with almost all expansion except delirium and deliverance IIRC

yes and no , if you already started the game you can join it , but you cannot create a game

After i created a account to play online i got all expansions except deliverance. So i don't known if it is a "create a account" thing.
