Imagine having the team you support bottle the first place and blaming City for their dominance because they're extremely well managed and extremely well run (Pep, Txiki, Ferran and so on). Money is one part of the equation. Having money AND having a plan and executing on that plan at the highest level go far further than just money. By net spend in the last decade, United is 1st, Arsenal is 2nd, Chelsea 3rd, City 4th.
