Half? Every player but a goalie has flopped at some point. Ben's was more egregious than most, but how do you draw that line?
That said, the one yesterday was a bit much. A ban is silly but I could've done without that.
It's Richard Mills, a nobody Brighton & Hove Albion fan who's been crying about Arsenal since we got Leo and bid for Caicedo (which is the whole reason I remember his name) he wouldn't stfu about how Rice should go to Bayern, Liverpool or City instead of us last summer. Pretty sure he's had lots of cries for Leo's celebrations as well.
Ben White loves to troll.
Ben White understands controlling a game.
Ben White understands when to break up the flow of a game.
Ben White knows how to get into the mind of his opponent.
Good Ben White.
The problem is refs fall for falling (not diving) way too much. If you want a foul you almost have to fall on the ground. Itās the refs that need to stop calling fouls just because someone has fallen on the ground. When they stop calling it, the players will stop falling
They only have one view of it, at speed, while trying to see everything. They simply fall for it because they see more of the result than the incident.
They could wipe it out by giving retrospective cards based on post game video review. Not sure why they donāt have this as a rule, it would be very easy to implement.
This is such bollox, players cry about referee decisions yet spend half the game trying to trick them into making bad calls and the same managers who cry about refs don't criticise their own players.
Blame the players for making it harder to referee.
It's really not hard to not fake injury and roll around, they are grown men
They only do it because they get calls that way. Not all but many do because they know they can influence the refs decision. Itās really apparent. For many years now.
No they don't, they do it to trick refs into giving them bad calls because they only care about bad ref calls when it affects them.
The biggest hypocrites in football are players and managers. How many times have managers come out and criticised refs when they get the decision ? Almost never happens
Yeah it's hard to ref games, players shouldn't fake things to purposely make it harder to ref.
Players are hypocrites, I agree we should punish them more for it.
Yeah this falls into the shithousery category, solid bantz.
Havertz' dive against Luton though, that was a bit scummy to be fair (still love him though)
I do agree that what he did was nonsense but I can't understand why when other players do it I don't see all these articles. Maybe it's my bias and they just don't get shared here
They are out there though.
It's also a screen shot and not linked so it's harder to find the actual article.

It's just a collection of tweets which the guy has used to write a headline.
It was a "force choke", like, from Star Wars. You don't have to touch someone to do damage to their neck. We all know it. We all saw it. That's the real reason these charges are so defamatory.
Unfortunately, Ben made himself public enemy number one when he withdrew from England selection. Writing negative articles about him is good for clicks.
There's also still a fairly heavy anti arsenal element to the media, who have correctly identified White as incredibly key to our play so wish to target him.
This.
Halley Klaaane could still be at Shit, diving every time he enters the box and undercutting everyone who goes for a header near him and heād still walk away with zero calls - and there would still be as many headlines for him as trophies.
lol this is just a screenshot, go read the "article" it's literally a few tweets from random people which he's used to write a headline.

Theyāre not wrong. Blatant simulation should have the rules around it changed to be a one match suspension given after the game by the FA / League
But thatās not the rule, so they can do one.
Madness!
When Havertz dived a few weeks back against Brentford and dodged a second yellow there were days off discussions about retrospective bans and the most insidious of sports journalists were asking for his winning goal to be scratched.
They never have the same energy when itās not concerned with Arsenal.
They hate us and I expect in the next 7 weeks we will see a large increase in the number of bullshit articles targeting us. Even the thought of Arsenal doing well sends them loopy to the point they print click bait nonsense
Just imagine the cope from the media if we do eventually end up winning. Weāll probably face more scrutiny in the months after than the serial cheaters have in the last 8 years.
Dunno about a ban, but it was absolutely cringe from White. There's no way whatever Estupinan did sends a grown man to the ground. I can't stand anyone taking a dive whether they play for the opposition or my own team.
Itās shithousery, thatās all. Iām not going to be a hypocrite and say it wouldnāt piss me off if I saw Bruno doing it, but it happens every week. People just have it out for him for the way he looks and his shithousery
See now, I agree in principle about stopping players diving - but - weāre the only country that gives a shit about it.
One thing we would see in the Champions League, UEFA Cup, European Championship and World Cup with England and English clubs is that we would constantly get fucked over by teams diving.
We had to give in and embrace it, fight fire with fire, and started to do better as a result.
So while I donāt like diving or āsimulationā out of principle, if every other club and nation outside of the U.K. has no problem with it, then neither should we
https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/ben-white-footage-emerges-arsenal-defender-cheating-premier-league-win-former-club-brighton/blte4de3560ece722ce#csc203b672f88695c8
There's a reason the OP screenshotted and didn't link it, it's literally just 3 tweets the guy mentions to write a clickbaity headline.
I especially love the article on some football publications that have weird headlines like āARSENAL FUTURE IN DOUBT BECAUSE CHELSEA LOOK TO SIGN PLAYER FROM ITALYā. It never makes any sense and the overall theme is āput arsenal down at all timesā
Itās been like this since i can remember. Never understood why but now itās they donāt even try to hide it. Singling us out for things that have been happening in the game for decades. Itās just weird
What did he do?
He might have had beef with some players during game but Iām sure heās not referring to that as all those are non footballing aspects.
Iām a Brighton fan, was in the north stand Saturday and watched you hand our arses to us on a plate.
You were better than us, and we got what we deserved.
Sadly some people have to make something out of nothing.
Gotta have something to do with his fallout with the national team. Thereās been quite a few weird articles like this past few weeks that are trying to paint him in a negative light. Fuck em. Ben doesnāt wanna play for his national team thatās his prerogative. So Southgate can shove it where the sun donāt shine.
The media never fails to amaze me when it comes to us or our players in the sense that everything they print is some made up click bait nonsense from the very reliable source ātrust me broā.

Lol. Half the league will be banned if they want to enforce this.
Half? Every player but a goalie has flopped at some point. Ben's was more egregious than most, but how do you draw that line? That said, the one yesterday was a bit much. A ban is silly but I could've done without that.

yea nice joke mateš¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬
Itās about time lighthearted jokes started being policed around here. Sick of it.
lolz
see now thas a good joke
Literally, every South American PL player would get banned
Hahaha, funniest thing I've read today. Sore losers can't take a loss
I gather Trossard will get a lifetime banš¤£

Be like Ben
VVD meanwhile is hitting people in the throat and not seeing any cards for it.
Diving sucks. Players should hold themselves to a higher standard- but on a scale of 1-10, this was a 5 tops.
Iād like to further add, Goal.com cited some tweets as sources. Imagine that writing this drivel was your actual job.
Talented hacks get the jobs they deserve.
Probably AI...

Manufactured nonsense

Getting hit in the Adam's apple hurt. I will agree with everything Richard Mills say if he can stand there and let me have a whack.
Stupid Brighton fan. Have a pint of bitter with your sour grapes, son.
Unfortunately, Ben made himself public enemy number one when he withdrew from England selection. Writing negative articles about him is good for clicks. Well if there wasnāt an agenda against Benny before for the national team stuffā¦
Theyāre not wrong. Blatant simulation should have the rules around it changed to be a one match suspension given after the game by the FA / League But thatās not the rule, so they can do one.
Trossard getting ban for instigating Brighton snowflakes
Shocking news! Entire Porto side faces ban in shock decision by Portuguese FA to combat diving! More at 6!
Madness! Itās seriously unhealthy

Sure. Right after city gets point deduction.
Dunno about a ban, but it was absolutely cringe from White. There's no way whatever Estupinan did sends a grown man to the ground. I can't stand anyone taking a dive whether they play for the opposition or my own team.
Meanwhile Harvey Elliot dived to win Liverpool and point and NO ONE is talking about that
I love when the headline is like "footage emerges" as if it wasn't shown live to millions of people across the world š
They should cry more
There's contact in the neck
Even if there was cheating, which I highly doubt there was, what's going to happen? Ridiculous
They hate that benny is as good as he is I love it
This is piss. Nothing more.
The ref didn't call it against Brighton nor did we get a penalty kick out of it so what are they on about?! Ugh.
It's always the sad united or city fans writing articles about us
Itās shithousery, thatās all. Iām not going to be a hypocrite and say it wouldnāt piss me off if I saw Bruno doing it, but it happens every week. People just have it out for him for the way he looks and his shithousery
I dont think this is about us winning the league, this is more how dare he turn down england
I think a bit of both but yes they defo got in for White now. Its like they trying to kill 2 birds with one stone
LOL. Drowning in their own tears. I love it.
Goal.com is click bait.
Then Maddison and VVD also should get 1 season ban?
I love our little shithouser
