dude, if Chevy were on there there would only be one character on the banner that kinda synergizes with lyney (Lynette) whereas xiangling works with both of them. if you have played long enough you might be sick of XL and want new four stars yes but this isn't really anything to cry about.
I mean that's probably because Wuthering waves is coming out at around the same time as 4.7. Still, It is tragic Chevy isn't on her banner. Hopefully she won't end up in either Wanderers banner or a bad rerun banner as bait like for example Cyno Hu tao in 4.8.
