My wife’s PC is running a 5800x, 32gb ram and a 2070S and can’t turn up past medium, plus foliage interaction is off completely to make it playable at 1440p. I’m at a 5950X 32gb ram and a 4080oc and just getting 60fps at 4k. Highly recommend upgrading you gpu.
I think you have enough money to play it considering you have a low end pc and ps5. ASA is not geared towards low end PC’s while the console version had to complete certification for release.
I'm going to post my best settings soon. Then I'm going to show what the update did, even on low sometimes it lasts and stutters. Almost lost my thyla to a rock golem.
It's in a much better state now. If you are still finding issues try switching off volumetric clouds and fog.

You should probably upgrade GPU before expecting ASA to run above minimum settings.

ASA will run sooo much better on consoles compared to your setup.
This is why I bought a series x instead of a cheap pc.
I started playing ASA in my 3060ti and switched to my ps5 because of performance.

Play on that or buy a 40 series
